Alexander Morari is the CEO of RealJobsCEE and has been active in recruiting real estate professionals in Central and Eastern Europe for many years. He started in recruitment by working for Antal International, a large, international placement firm. There he set up the Ukrainian Desk and played a key part in building the company's real estate operations across multiple CEE markets. Alexander quickly moved up the ranks to a senior position within the organization, having successfully executed assignments in Romania, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Russia and Poland. He has worked for developers, real estate investment funds, propcos, consultancies, property/facility managers and other companies that make up the built space and has placed dozens of real estate professionals in C-suite roles. Alexander speaks Romanian, Russian, German, English and Polish and has worked and done business in Russia, Poland, Romania and many other markets in Central and Easter Europe.
