Antineoplastics First report of myeloblastic N5!J leukaemia after bone marrow transplant: case report After diagnosis of immature ovarian teratoma, a 15-year-old girl received 4 courses of chemotherapy with doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide and cisplatin . The patient then received inte ns ification treatment 3 weeks later, with cyclophosph am ide and total body irradiation, followed by bone marrow rescue . E ight months later, myelomonocytic acute leukaemia was diagnosed. After treatment with hydroxycarbamide, the patient improved transiently but died later of cerebral bleeding after refusing further chemotherapy. After diagnosis of immature ovarian teratoma, a 15-year-old girl received 4 courses of chemotherapy with doxorubicin , cyclophosphamide and cisplatin . The patient then received intensification treatment 3 weeks later , with cyclophosphamide and total body irradiation, followed by bone marrow rescue. Eight months later, myelomonocytic acute leukaemia was diagnosed. After treatment with hydroxycarbamide, the patient improved transiently but died later of cerebral bleeding after refusing further chemotherapy.

187 patients , with histologically proven non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma, received up to seven 28-day cycles of chemotherapy, comprising cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin , procarbazine, bleomycin , vincristine and prednisone.
