Dizziness: case reportA 47-year-old woman started carbamazepine

400–600 mg/day [route not stated] for facial painassociated with trigeminal neuralgia. Two months later, shepresented with dizziness as side effect of carbamazepine[duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated]. Due topersistent pain, epiphora and a pus-like eye discharge, shewas re-diagnosed with lacrimal dacryostenosis mimickingtrigeminal neuralgia, and underwent an intranasaldacryocystorhinostomy.
