Perhitungan Output Nasionaldan Pendapatan Nasional
Gross Domestic Product
Gross domestic product (GDP) = Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB)adalah nilai total dari semua barangdan jasa yang diproduksi olehfaktor-faktor produksi yang adadidalam negeri dalam suatu periodetertentu.
Pendapatan Nasional & NeracaProduk
Pendapatan Nasional & NeracaProduk adalah data-data yang dikumpulkan dan dipublikasikan olehpemerintah mengenai beragamkomponen pendapatan nasional danoutput dalam suatu perekonomian.BPS yang bertanggung jawab dalampengelolaaan dan perhitungan data pendapatan nasional & output atau GDP.
Barang & Jasa Akhir
Barang dan Jasa Akhir dalam GDP (PDB) mengacu pada barang-barangdan jasa-jasa yang digunakan olehkonsumen akhir.Barang Antara (Intermediate goods)adalah barang-barang yang diproduksioleh suatu perusahaan dan akandigunakan lagi dalam proses produksiselanjutnya oleh perusahaan lain.
Nilai Tambah (Value Added)
Nilai Tambah (Value added) adalah selisihantara nilai suatu barang ketika keluar dari satutahapan produksi dengan biaya barang tersebutketika masuk dalam tahapan produksi tersebut. (Harga – Input)
Dalam menghitung GDP, bisa dengan caramenambah semua nilai tambah dari setiap tahapanproduksi bisa juga dengan menggunakan nilai akhirpenjualan.

Pengecualian Barang Bekasdan Transaksi Keuangan
Perhitungan GDP/PDB tidakmemasukkan semua transaksi yang melibatkan terjadinya perpindahanuang tapi tidak menghasilkanbarang dan jasa baru.
Pemisahan Ouput yang diproduksi di LN dengan menggunakan faktor produksidomestik
GDP/PDB adalah nilai output yang diproduksi oleh faktor produksi yang adadi dalam negeri. Ouput yang dihasilkanoleh faktor produksi dalam negeri yang berlokasi dimana saja dihitung dengankonsep gross national product (GNP) atau Produk Nasional Bruto.
Perhitungan GDPAda 2 Cara :
The expenditure approach (PendekatanPengeluaran): Menghitung GDP/PDB melalui perhitungan total nilai pengeluaranterhadap barang akhir dalam suatuperiode.The income approach (PendekatanPendapatan): Menghitung GDP/PDB melalui perhitungan total pendapatan —upah/gaji, sewa, bunga, dan profit (wages, rents, interest, and profits)— yang diterimaoleh faktor produksi dalam memproduksibarang akhir disuatu periode.
The Expenditure Approach
Expenditure categories:Konsumsi Swasta (C)—pengeluaran rumahtanggga terhadap barang konsumsi.
Penambahan Modal Tetap Domestik Bruto(PMTDB)= Gross private domestic investment (I)—pengeluaran modal baruoleh perusahaan/RT: pabrik, mesin, peralatan, persediaan, perumahan dll.

Personal Consumption Expenditures
Konsumsi Swasta meliputi (C) :Durable goods: Barang yang tahan lama: Mobil, peralatanelektronik dll..
Nondurable goods: Barang yang habis digunakan dalam waktusingkat; pakaian, makanan, dll.Services: Hal-hal yang tidakmelibatkan produksi barang fisikseperti, biro hukum, jasa salon, kesehatan, pendidikan dll.
Gross Private Domestic Investment
Investment mengacu pada pembelianbarang-barang modal baru.Total investment oleh private sector : gross private domestic investment. Termasuk didalamnya pembelian rumahbaru, pabrik-pabrik, mesin-mesin, persediaan dll.

Nonresidential investment : mesin-mesin, peralatan, pabrik,dll.Residential investment :rumah-rumah barudan apartemen atau gedung perkantoranChange in inventories : perhitunganperubahan persediaan kantor dalam suatuperiode. Persediaan=diproduksi sekarang dijualnanti.
Gross Private Domestic Investment
GDP/PDB bukan nilai pasar dari total penjualan dalam suatu periode tapi nilaipasar dari total produksi.Hub antara total produksi dan total penjualan :
GDP = Total Penjualan + Perubahan Persediaan
Gross Investmentversus Net Investment
Gross investment : Total nilai produksi atau pembelianbarang-barang modal baru dalam suatu periode (plant, equipment, housing, dan inventory).
Depreciation adalah penurunan nilai aset dalam suatuperiode.
Net investment = gross investment minus depreciation.
Capitalawal periode = capitalakhir periode + net investment
Government Consumptionand Gross Investment
Government consumption and gross investment (G) pengeluaran konsumsi daninvestasi pemerintahterhadap barang dan jasaakhir.
Net Exports
Net exports (EX – IM) selisih antaraekspor dan impor. Nilainya bisa positifatau negatif.

Net national product (NNP)=ProdukNasional Netto adalah GNP dikurangidepresiasi; total produksi nasionaldikurangi dengan apa yang dibutuhkanuntuk menjaga nilai dari barang modalnya.Personal income = PendapatanPersonal adalah pendapatan yang diterima RT sebelum dipotong pajakpendapatan.

Disposable Personal Income and Personal Saving
The personal saving rate adalahpersentase dari disposable personal income yang ditabung.Jika tingkat tabungan rendah, RT mengeluarkan porsi yang lebih besaruntuk belanjanya. Jika tingkat tabungantinggi artinya RT itu melakukanpengeluaran konsumsi yang hati-hati.
Nominal Versus Real GDP
Nominal GDP adalah GDP yang dihitungdengan harga sekarang..Semua variabel yang diukur atau dihitungdengan harga sekarang disebut denganvariabel nominal.

The GDP deflator adalah salah satuukuran perhitungan tingkat harga-hargaumum. Sangat bergantung pada pilihan tahundasarnya.

Masyarakat merasa lebih baik jika kondisiaman dan kejahatan berkurang. Tetapi haltersebut tidak terhitung dalam GDPKenaikan waktu luang untuk bersantaijuga meningkatkan kesenanganmasyarakat tapi tidak dihitung dalam GDP.Aktivitas yang tidak tercatat (informal) jugatidak ada dalam GDP walaupun merekamenghasilkan produksi riil.

The Underground Economy
The underground economyadalah bagian dari suatuperekonomian dimana transaksiterjadi, ada pendapatan yang dihasilkan tetapi tidak tercatat dandilaporkan dalam GDP.
Gross National Income per Capita
Untuk perbandingan GNP antar negara harusmemperhitungkan nilai tukar.Gross National Income (GNI) adalah ukuranyang biasa dipakai dalam perbandingan ouputantar negara; GNI adalah GNP yang dikonversikan kedalam mata uang dollar dengannilai kurs riil yang telah disesuaikan dengantingkat inflasi selama beberapa tahun. GNI dibagi dengan jumlah penduduk (populasi) = gross national income per capita.
