Reactions 1356 - 18 Jun 2011 S Antineoplastics Fatal hepatitis B reactivation: case report A 52-year-old man with follicular lymphoma received R- CVP chemotherapy comprising rituximab, cyclophosphamide, vincristine and prednisone [drug details not stated]. Before his fourth treatment cycle, he developed hepatitis B reactivation with elevated ALT. His antineoplastics were discontinued and he received lamivudine, but he died from liver failure.
