She developed a fever and a WBC count of 0.3 × 10 9 /L on 26 August 2009, and was regarded as grade IV myelosuppression. Her condition improved with prompt supportive care. During cycles three and four, she developed grade IV leucopenia and thrombocytopenia with fever. The woman’s condition improved with supportive therapy.
