At the foundation of Ueni Trading Co., Ltd., import

business in our national brand and brand agent

operations allows us to deliver premium, desirable

import Brand Goods to retailers throughout Japan.

We specialize in providing well known, design and

quality focused, premium international brands and

our diverse product categories include bags,

wallets and purses, cosmetics, accessories,

fragrances, watches, shoes and contact lenses.

E-COMMERCE

Ueni Trading actively pursues business opportunities in the

field of e-commerce, a market that has experienced

remarkable growth. Alongside our directly managed online

shop, ECHELLE Liberte, we have opened up U-STREAM

and Ublanc in major online shopping outlets. We are steadily

expanding our sales, thanks to the support of our customers,

men and women of all ages.

We also operate a business-to-business site for our

corporate clients, “U-NET”, which allows us to compile which

brings together sales of our distributed goods, sales tools

and product info, providing a rich array of content and

bringing our businesses’ development to a new level.

RETAIL

At Ueni Trading, we are pursuing the expansion of our

business channels by involving ourselves in retail enterprises

by way of direct sales outlet stores. We also conduct directly

managed sales in the form of shop-within-a-shop areas in

major department stores. This experience on the front lines

of retail adds to our range of experience and expertise,

feeding back into our main operations in import wholesaling,

LOGISTICS CENTER AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

The Ueni Trading Co., Ltd. Distribution Center and

Ueni Trading Co., Ltd. Logistics Center are based in

Chiba Prefecture. From the receipt, inspection, and

storage of goods from Ueni Trading's brand partners,

to the picking, packing, and shipping of ordered goods

to our various retailing clients, we operate all of our

distribution activities under one roof. New products are

also photographed as soon as they are received and

their images are immediately processed and shared

with our head office. In order to provide the necessary

speedy responses to our customers, our center works

in a tight relay with the Ueni Trading head office.

We have set our sights on working with companies

outside of the Ueni Trading Group in the future, and to

this end we are increasingly invested in expanding the

scale of our centers alongside further development of

our distribution system and personnel.

In order to securely deliver branded goods to the market,

we continue to develop our large-scale distribution center.

The Ueni Trading Co., Ltd. Service Center provides

watch repair and maintenance services. We directly

import genuine replacement parts from overseas and

employ first-class watch repair personnel as part of

our expert repair team. Our technical experts have

learned directly from our foreign manufacturing

partners, participating in in-store and in-company

training, through which they have the possibility to

further refine their skills and craft.

Additionally, making use of the expertise and

knowledge we have accumulated, we offer

maintenance information to the retailers and end-users

of our products. This can be seen as a symbol of the

trust our customers have in Ueni Trading. We continue

to improve the quality of our service in the hopes of

reaching the international standard sometime in the

future.

PURSUIT OF TRUST

THOROUGH COMPLIANCECompliance and business ethics are the most

important themes that govern our operations. From our

management down, each of our employees conducts

their duties with a high degree of awareness regarding

both legal and ethical obligations. We have

established a compliance consultancy room where we

strive to prevent through the early discovery of the

legal infractions, such as corruption, illegitimate

transactions, and the falsification of information.

At Ueni Trading, we deal with many different clients,

and therefore have established a privacy policy that

enforces the appropriate handling, management,

storage, and maintenance of all information.

Information management is growing especially

relevant with the increase of information exchange

over the internet, and we are working to reform our

employees’ awareness of procedurally appropriate

information handling and IT security in order to prevent

the disclosure of personal and confidential information.

Against Counterfeit Production Distribution) from its

inception, and since then have added our efforts to the

organization’s core goals: preventing the distribution of

counterfeit and unauthorized goods. Protecting the

a transparent and impartial market and an effort to

maintain the trust that consumers have in the products

themselves.

At Ueni Trading, as of 2003 we have initiated a

full-scale venture into the area of manufacturing and

goods production.

We have an eye for quality, developed over many

years of handling well-known brands, and a sensitivity

to trends, acquired through our contact with users on

the cutting edge of the market. Our employees, having

polished their skills and sensitivity through these

unique experiences, plan and produce our original

products, creating hit product after hit product. This

enterprise has already expanded to include

collaborations with our contractually licensed brand

partners, and we plan to continue the proactive

development of our brand in the future.
