Reactions 1371 - 1 Oct 2011 Antineoplastics Diarrhoea: case report A 48-year-old woman was diagnosed with advanced metastatic sigmoid colon cancer in July 2007. Sigmoid colectomy was performed, and she subsequently commenced chemotherapy according to the FOLFOX6 regimen, which included oxaliplatin 50 mg/m 2 , fluorouracil 200 mg/m 2 bolus, followed by 400 mg/m 2 as a continuous infusion and folinic acid [leucovorin] [not all drug details stated]. Treatment was stopped due to persistent grade 3 diarrhoea [duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated]. Two months later, she commenced oral S-1 monotherapy 80mg, 1 week on, 1 week off [frequency not stated], for recurrent liver metastases.
