Sinn E has extensive experience in corporate and commercial work. Her

areas of practice include take-overs, mergers and acquisitions, joint

ventures and foreign investments.

She has worked on various notable merger and acquisition transactions

in Malaysia, in particular, in the oil and gas and telecommunication

sectors, and has represented, amongst others, foreign investors,

government-linked corporations and government investment

corporations.

Sinn E graduated with a Bachelor of Laws, Second Class (Upper)

Division from the University of Sheffield. She was called to the

Malaysian Bar in 2006. Prior to joining Rahmat Lim & Partners in

October 2014, she was a partner at another Malaysian law firm.
