Fatal toxicity: case reportA 55-year-old man with a 6-year history of HIV infection

was diagnosed with Burkitt’s lymphoma. He beganreceiving CODOX-M/IVAC (cyclophosphamide,vincristine, doxorubicin, methotrexate, ifosfamide,etoposide and cytarabine) chemotherapy [routes, dosagesand times to reactions onset not stated].
