Reactions 1136 - 27 Jan 2007 S Sertraline/lorazepam Cleft palate (first report with sertraline) in a neonate following in utero exposure: case report A neonate [sex not stated] with a cleft lip and palate was born to a woman who had received setraline [sic] 50 mg daily until week 5 of her last menstrual period [therapeutic indication not stated]. Setraline was restarted for 2 days during the second trimester of her pregnancy. She was also receiving lorazepam 1 mg at the same time [therapeutic indication and frequency of administration not stated; duration of treatment not clearly stated]. Ministry of Health Malaysia.
