    Derivate Analysis 7: Identify organizational changes

    that demand change in attitude of the employees.

    L& T clearly justifies the organization changes which have change the attitude of the employees.

    1. Reinforcement Theory: L&T provides various rewards and incentive as the employee moves up thechain and also delegates responsibilities & listening to employee suggestions & opinions tostrengthen this theory.

    2. Balance Theory: As in L&T special care is taken then employees develop & foster under a cultureof caring. This often is done so that a balance exists between the sentiments & unity& quality ofbeliefs among employees.

    3. Cognitive Consistency Theory: As per this theory & its implication in L&T, employees are testedto their potential by giving them challenges. Plus over the years L&T has developed certain standards

    & norms which are offered to its employees. The employees adapt to these norms & provethemselves taking these as inputs & later put up their own suggestions as they move up the chain.
