�� Wheel carts/bins to street curbside by 7:00 a.m. on your collection day. Residential collection will be provided from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
�� Carts/bins may be set-out for 24 hour period only for the purposes of collection, by city ordinance.
�� Do not overload carts/bins; lids must close. Overage fees may apply if overflowing
�� Cart-based customers may place flattened cardboard (up to 4’ x 4’) between carts at the curb.
�� Cart-based customers may place household batteries (AAA, AA, B, C, D & small button batteries), including rechargeable and cell phone batteries in a clear plastic bag, seal shut and tape to the top of the gray recyclables cart.
�� Holiday Schedule: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day. When holiday lands on weekday, collection will be one day later for rest of week.

FREE HOLIDAY TREE-CYCLING PICKUPHoliday trees are collected during the first two weeks of January. Collection and set out method and instructions/ may vary. Clean trees only: no “snow” flocking, stands or decorations. Trees must be cut to less than 5 feet tall.Large Property Service - Owners/managers of large properties may call Waste Management at (510) 613-8710 to receive a free roll-off box for holiday tree-cycling.
BULKY ITEM PICKUPMulti-family properties are eligible for bulky item pickup twice a year. Service is dependent on the size and location of the property. Property owners/managers, call Waste Management at (510) 613-8710 to schedule a collection. Single-family neighborhoods, watch for the annual April collection event.
