It was optimized the order management flow for theCANTV Metro Ethernet products based on the eTOMmodel optimized the work flow, estimating to impact thebusiness processes of the company

It was developed a prototype of the CANTV Metro Ethernetnetwork based on the TNM models that allows theadministration of products, service provisioning andinventory control all in a single application: OracleMetaSolv

Conclusions


The step-by-step configuration guide works as a generalguide on how to model a complete network. Thismethodology might help not only a Metro Ethernet nor aMetaSolv modeling, but any network modeling over anyOSS

Based on the Quick Configuration Guide, it wasconfigured a prototype of the CANTV METRO ETHERNETnetwork: products, provisioning and inventory
