*LEGAL SUBJECTOrgans of public authority and persons responsible for children, in the course of establishing the rights of a child, shall consider and, insofar as possible, give priority to the views of the child. (Art. 72 The Constitution of the Republic of Poland, of 2nd April, 1997)PODMIOT PRAWAW toku ustalania praw dziecka organy wadzy publicznej oraz osoby odpowiedzialne za dziecko s obowizane do wysuchania i w miar moliwoci uwzgldnienia zdania dziecka. *DIGNITY The inherent and inalienable dignity of the person shall constitute a source of freedoms and rights of persons and citizens. It shall be inviolable. The respect and protection thereof shall be the obligation of public authorities.(Art. 30 The Constitution of the Republic of Poland, of 2nd April, 1997)

GODNO Przyrodzona i niezbywalna godno czowieka stanowi rdo wolnoci, praw czowieka i obywatela. Jest ona nienaruszalna, a jej poszanowanie i ochrona jest obowizkiem wadz publicznych.(Art. 30 Konstytucji RP z 2 kwietnia 1997 r.)

*Substantive rights are specific freedoms and rights ascribed to the individual: freedom of speech, conscience, religion, and choice of place of residence, right to education etc.Procedural rights are means of action at the individual's disposal and the related institutions which make it possible for him to demand from the authorities' observance of his freedoms and the enjoyment of his rights.Prawa materialne s to konkretne prawa przysugujce czowiekowi: wolno sowa, sumienia, wyznania, wyboru miejsca pobytu, prawo do nauki itd. Prawa proceduralne s to dostpne czowiekowi sposoby dziaania i zwizane z nimi instytucje pozwalajce jednostce wyegzekwowa od rzdzcych przestrzeganie wolnoci i realizacj praw.

*INDIVIDUAL RIGHTSHuman rights are individual. Their subject is an individual. Therefore, in the area of human rights we cannot speak of rights of national minorities as this the language anddomain of politics ( an example of such collective right being e. g. the right to autonomy), but merely of the rights of persons belonging to national minorities. Similarly, there are no rights of the disabled seen as a group merely the rights of each disabled person individually.PRAWA INDYWIDUALNEPrawa czowieka s indywidualne. Ich podmiotem jest pojedynczy czowiek. Nie mona wic mwi w obrbie praw czowieka o prawach mniejszoci narodowych to jzyk i domena polityki (takim zbiorowym prawem byoby np. prawo do autonomii) lecz o prawach osb nalecych do mniejszoci narodowych. Nie mwimy o prawach inwalidw jako grupy lecz o prawach kadego z nich z osobna.

*LIMITATION of HUMAN RIGHTSAny limitation upon the exercise of constitutional freedoms and rights may be imposed only by statute, and only when necessary in a democratic state for the protection of its security or public order, or to protect the natural environment, health or public morals, or the freedoms and rights of other persons. Such limitations shall not violate the essence of freedoms and rights.(Art. 31 The Constitution of the Republic of Poland, of 2nd April, 1997) OGRANICZENIE PRAW CZOWIEKAOgraniczenia w zakresie korzystania z konstytucyjnych wolnoci i praw mog by ustanawiane tylko w ustawie i tylko wtedy, gdy s konieczne w demokratycznym pastwie dla jego bezpieczestwa lub porzdku publicznego, bd dla ochrony rodowiska, zdrowia i moralnoci publicznej, albo wolnoci i praw innych osb. Ograniczenia te nie mog narusza istoty wolnoci i praw.(Art. 31 Konstytucji RP z 2 kwietnia 1997 r.)
