Jawa Timur Park 2 or Jatim Park 2 is a new theme park complex in Batu, East Java, which

was built in stages from 2009 to 2010 with an area of approximately 16 hectares. Jatim Park 2

is promoting the concept of nature (nature).

2. Where is the location?

Jatim Park 2 is located in the village of Oro-oro Onbo, Batu, Malang. Built adjacent to the

Jatim Park 1 and the tourist area BNS night. This tourist attraction is located about 20 km

west of the city of Malang, and has now become one of the tourist icon of East Java.

3. What is interesting in there?

In the area of Jatim Park 2 there is a zoo that is the name Batu Secret Zoo are certainly more

interesting, more complete than the zoo in general and wildlife museum building resembles

the State Palace.

Jatim Park 2 is an educational tourist attractions, and is the place that the right to invite

families and children in the presence of zoo Batu Secret Zoo, equipped 21 kinds of special

children's area and more than 50 rides educational and creative. While at the museum itself

there are 80 dioramas of animals from within and outside the country, this diorama provides

an overview obvious about wildlife habitat using pure preserved animals. As a replica of

Jatim Park Museum is the largest and most comprehensive museum with a collection that

stores and serves hundreds of dioramas and diparma is no less full with Insect Museum

located in Singapore, white shark, hippopotamus, rhinoceros, tiger branch, White Lion, Tiger,

Deer Africa, various Toucan beautiful reptiles to birds who often live in colonies. Collection

of Wildlife Museum is derived from various countries are like Europe, Africa, America,

Antarctica and China.

In insektarium, Jatim Park 2 contains 5000 species of insects that come from various

countries such as Peru, Papua New Guinea, Colombia, Malaysia, even from the east coast of

the island of Madagascar in Africa and of course insects from forests in Indonesia. You are

also given the opportunity to enjoy fish diorama, diorama form of underwater life. Here you

will be in sugguhi life in fresh water such as rivers, lakes, swamps, to the life of sea water

with different depths.

When you first enter the area of Jatim Park, you will be greeted giant bird cage in which there

are ornaments like flower garden and bird sculptures intentionally provided as an object to

take pictures. Jatim Park 2 is one of the outstanding works of art, combining painting and

animals with a contemporary concept that is managed internationally and is not inferior to

Genting and Sentosa Island which is located in Singapore.

Usually we are lazy to go or traveled to the museum, because our shadow and the museum is

a collection of ancient objects were boring. Not in Jatim Park 2 but can add insight about the

animals that have become extinct over-diorama diorama in the museum, you can see a wide

variety of animals that are still alive of course in Batu Secret Zoo, with a pleasing look to

learn and add knowledge about animals.
