Opening lecture
Since 2007 the „Remembrance and Future”Center inWrocław, Poland, runs an oralhistoryprogramdocumentingandresearchingthehistoryofpostwarinhabitantsoftheterritoriesadjoinedtoPolandasaconsequenceoftheIIworldwar.Developingtheoralhistorymethodologyfromoneside,wearealsolookingforwaystomakethispostwarhistorypublicandtotellitfromthebiographicalperspectiveofthewitnessestohistory.During the lecturewewillpresentourexperience inusingoral sourcesatexhibitions,publicationsandothertypesofprojectsintheareaofpublichistoryandwewillalsosharesomegoodpracticesworkedoutoverthelastdecadeinthatmatter.

AnjaBellmannworksasacuratorofhistorical-politicaleducationattheBerlinWallMemorial.Herfocusiscurrentlyonprogramsforimmigrantsandrefugees.PreviouslysheworkedasamuseumeducatorfortheGermanHistoricalMuseumBerlinwheresheestablishedanEarlyChildhoodEducationprogramwhichwontheICOM-CECABestPracticeAward2014.AnjaBellmannstudiedEuropeanHistoryandPublicHistory,andwasascientifictraineeattheBerlinWallFoundation.ShehasbeenworkingasaneducatorandexhibitioncuratorformuseumsandmemorialsinBerlinandBrandenburgsince2009.

DavidGonzálezVázquezisahistorian,adegreedgraduateoftheUniversityofBarcelona,holdsaMaster’sdegreeinCulturalTourismfromtheUniversityofGironaandisapre-doctoral researcher at theUniversity of Barcelona.His field of study is the spaces ofmemoryanditsrelationwithtourism,aswellasthetheorizationofdifferentpatrimonialmodelsamongtheseplaces.HeisamemberoftheDidacticsofHeritageResearchGroupfromUniversityofBarcelonaandWorksattheEducationserviceoftheMUME(MuseuMemorialdel’Exili),inLaJonquera,Spain.

Tatjanahas10yearsofexperienceinthefieldsofinterculturaldialogue,reconciliationandyouthactivismandholdsaLawdegreefromtheUniversityofEastSarajevo.Heractiveengagementinthecivilsocietysectorwasfocusedaroundyouthhealthandreproductiverights and shewas the youngest Trainer of PeerEducation inBiH. PjerinMirdita,born inShkodër,Albania.Finishedelementaryandhighschool inbirthtown.StudiedatUniversityofFlorence,andUniversityofShkodër.Graduated instoryandgeographicalstudiesandfinishedaMasterDegreeinHistory.ActuallyworkingashistoryexpertatSiteofWitnessandMemoryinShkodër,thefirstplaceofmemoryinAlbania,dedicatedtothecollectivememoryofourcommunistpast.Involvedindifferenteducationalprogramswithschools,andalsoteachinghistoryinacatholichighschool.Curatorofsomeexpositionsintothemuseumsofthecityandauthorofdifferentbooklets,connectedwiththedailyworkatthememorial.

Sonia Serradeil-Font studied History at the University of Perpignan and obtained amaster’sdegree.ShehasbeenteachingHistoryandGeographysince1997.Eversincethebeginningofherteachingcareer,shehasbeenpartofEuropeanprojects.ShetookupherappointmentattheAristideMaillolhighschoolin2002,becomingpartofaverydynamicgroupalreadyinvolvedinseveralEuropeanprojectssuchasComenius.Atthesametime,SoniaSerradeil-FontstartedpedagogicalprojectsonthethemeoftheinternmentcampofRivesaltes, conducting reflectionsonhow to teachabout theMemory.Since2003,SoniahasbeenpartofthepedagogicalcommissionofwhathasbecometheMemorialofRivesaltes.
