IBN was founded by Ajay Mehta in 1999 as a privately held IT Company that specialized in Software Resources and Technologies.

The early mission of IBN focused on rendering Application Development & Network Management Services.

In 2004 IBN ventured in BPO service space by offering Finance & Accounting Services, Back & Middle Office Services to Hedge Funds & FOF and other BPO Services to Travel Sector. Method 2 - Offshore Processing Client uploaded the data at Secured Online Data Management System for data team access and to

process it at IBN’s facility. After completion the data files are uploaded to the online Data Management System and client download the processed data backup from the DMS. All the data loaded to DMS resides on these servers and never leave UK shore.
