Achievements Briefly my achievements during my career, Create the maintenance team for

crusher operation, that team reduces stoppage time for maintenances 753.5 hrs/yrs. as an average which mean about 70% reduce the stoppage period for failure.

I had worked on rehabilitate crusher FA which was not working from 1989 due to many deficiencies and failures after that rehabilitation, its crushing about 1200

tons/hr raw materials from 2007 and many modifications in the coupling systems and the gearboxes of the crusher area had been done, even the hydraulic jacks of the mixing bed had been changed and installed successfully and gate the target in the elevation we was looking for to increase the store capacity for the raw mix, also install four weight bridge scaled in the quarries roads and all its complementary works, install new hydraulic system for the grate bars carts in crusher VER with two jacks and also change the crusher lining bolts by grade 8.8 to be more resistible, repair 2 cement pump trucks which were the cement was coagulate in the piston of the pumps, also I received award for the safety activities from Mr Marcel and Mr Rosman.

First four months when I had joined Purchasing /raw material department, I had achieved 3.5 MUSD saving vs. 2010.

Find new four sources of raw materials lead for 3 MUSD vs. 2013. Find two new sources for explosive lead for 2.5 MUSD vs. 2014. Achieve Zero stoppage in two factories (BU) for raw materials 2015. Change all contracts for long term contract with working hour basis not on daily

basis 2016. New Sources for Domestic Iron Ore and Sand, the saving from this action exceed
