2 Baxter Woods

At first lights, R on Elm St./ Rte. 24/ Middlesex Rd. Take 

first right on Foreside Road, Follow 7.5 miles, take a right 

on Pleasant Point Rd. parking will be on R, before bridge 

across river.  State Owned and Protected Woods.    

Address ‐ 220 Pleasant Point Road

3 Head of Tide

At first lights, R on Elm St. /24, connue on 24 for 2.5 

miles.  Take Le onto Cathance Rd.  Aer one mile, 

parking will be on Right just before bridge or on L just 

aer bridge. Managed by Topsham Parks and Recrea‐

on, ordinances for use in effect Town of Topsham.

4 Rogers/ Rensenbrink

At first lights, R on Elm St. /24, connue on 24 for 2.5 

miles. L on Cathance Rd. Aer one mile, parking will be 

on R just before bridge on le just aer Bridge, Trail 

head begins by Kiosk near  rest room Facilies at Head 

of Tide Park connects to CREA trail below.  Please stay 

on trail, respect private  land owners rights.

5 Cathance River Nature Pre-

On Rt. 201/ Main St., R at second lights onto 

Brunswick‐Topsham Bypass, L on Village Dr. into 

Highlands, Aer 0.7 miles, R on Evergreen Circle, 

L to stay on Evergreen Circle, Parking in 0.5 miles 

on le. Trails monitored and maintained by the 

Cathance River Educaon Alliance.  

No Dogs allowed.    Address ‐

6 Solid Waste Facility Trails

on Foreside Rd. Connue 2.5 miles, L on Townsend 

Way, park on right prior to gate.  Property managed 

by Topsham Solid Waste Facility and Topsham Parks 

and Recreaon, ordinances for use in effect.

7 Mt. Ararat Trails

Straight on 201/ Main St. through juncon of Rte. 196

(Coastal Connector), take right onto Eagles Way park 

in first Mt. Ararat High School parking lot on le, trails 

start on the R of Eagles Way.

8 Foreside Recreational Facility

At first lights, R on Elm St./ 24,       R onto Foreside Rd. , 

Aer 1/2 mile, parking on r, trails can be found on both 

sides of the fields. Managed by Topsham Parks and 

Recreaon, ordinance by Town of Topsham.

All Direcons Start From 1 Main Street, Topsham  (Green Bridge )

Property Easement from Brunswick Topsham Land 

Trust , Connue on Main St (Rt. 201) for 5 miles, L on 

Bradley Pond Road, parking on Le a 1/2 mile in. 

Please stay on trail, respect land owner rights.

At first lights, R on Elm St./ 24, R on Fore‐

side Rd. Library will be on right 1/4 mile.  

Trails begin in back of library.  Monitored by Topsham

Numerous start locaons; can park in town hall lot and 

begin walk . Parking also available in retail stores in 

Topsham Fair Mall Area.  3.5 Mile loop Start at Town 

Hall. 

Coming into Topsham take first L onto Summer Street, 

go 1/2 mile limited parking on Le.  1 1/4 mile loop 

around the Androscoggin River.  Topsham secon com‐

plete, Brunswick area accessible sll in development.

At top of Hill at lights take a right onto Rte. 24 (Elm 

Street), 3/4 mile prior to Overpass park on right in 

Feldspar Mill Parking Lot .  Entrance to Path under 

bridge on your right. Maintained by Brunswick Parks
