As part of a fastpaced, dynamic team, I provided EA, PA and Team Admin support to the Government Procurement Team within the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. My substantive role encompassed providing high level PA support to both the Manager Collaborative Procurement and Principal Advisor Government Procurement. I also provided team admin support to a team of 90. In conjunction with my substantive role I took the opportunity of an 8 week secondment as Acting EA to the Deputy Chief Executive, having been personally approached by him, I was also seconded for a 6 week period as Acting EA to the General Manager Government Procurement. Both appointments came about because of my reputation within the group and I am very proud of my work there. In all roles I was able to use and build upon transferable people management skills gained during my time as an Assistant Manager in the optical profession. Prior to my New Zealand appointments I provided PA assistance to the UK's leading private gender dysphoria clinician based in the Harley Street medical district. The role encompassed all aspects of a PA role as well as office management, staff management and patient/client liaison.
