Reactions 1311 - 24 Jul 2010 Antineoplastics Lipomatosis? (first report for procarbazine, vincristine and chlormethine): case report A 53-year-old man presented with multiple, subcutaneous mobile lesions on his arms and torso, consistent with lipomas. The lesions had developed subsequent to receiving MOPP chemotherapy with chlormethine, vincristine, procarbazine and prednisolone [routes, dosages and time to reaction onset not stated] for Hodgkin’s lymphoma; he completed chemotherapy in 1986. One lipoma on his left arm had become asymptomatic, and required enucleation under local anaesthetic. Subsequent histology was indicative of angiolipoma [patient outcome not stated].
