Reactions 1367 - 3 Sep 2011 S Antineoplastics Haematological disorders: 3 case reports Three patients aged 31–40 years [sexes not stated] experienced a relapse of Hodgkin’s lymphoma following stem cell transplantation. Chemotherapy was started according to the ESHAP regimen, which consisted of etoposide, cisplatin, cytarabine and methylprednisolone once every 3 weeks [routes and doses not stated], along with lenalidomide [Revlimid] 15mg daily [route not stated]. Five days of neutropenia prophylaxis with a granulocyte colony-stimulating factor was administered from day 8 of each course. Patients received two or three courses of chemotherapy. All three patients developed grade 3–4 neutropenia and thrombocytopenia, as well as grade 2–3 anaemia [durations of treatment to reactions onset and outcomes not stated]. Tempescul A, et al.
