Haematological disorders: 3 case reportsThree patients aged 31–40 years [sexes not stated]
experienced a relapse of Hodgkin’s lymphoma followingstem cell transplantation. Chemotherapy was startedaccording to the ESHAP regimen, which consisted ofetoposide, cisplatin, cytarabine and methylprednisoloneonce every 3 weeks [routes and doses not stated], alongwith lenalidomide [Revlimid] 15mg daily [route not stated].Five days of neutropenia prophylaxis with a granulocytecolony-stimulating factor was administered from day 8 ofeach course. Patients received two or three courses ofchemotherapy. All three patients developed grade 3–4neutropenia and thrombocytopenia, as well as grade 2–3anaemia [durations of treatment to reactions onset andoutcomes not stated].Tempescul A, et al.
