Fatal pulmonary infection in an elderly patient:case report

A 73-year-old man, who had nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin’s lymphoma, started receivingchemotherapy consisting of IV pirarubicin at 25 mg/m2, IVbleomycin 15mg, IV vincristine 1.4 mg/m2 and IVdacarbazine 375 mg/m2; treatment was administered ondays 1 and 15 of a 28-day cycle.
