Its good exercise and stairs are a great place for new ideas and meeting people.This is why the stairs are in the middle at Bain& Co.s new headquarters in Boston.All the other areas are next to the stairs, including the cafeteria, the mailroom, the reception desk, andconference rooms. The stairs are light and colourful with photographs and paintings on the walls. Asone employee says, I can relax on the stairs. Its my favourite place for thinking.
