Confirmation Reminders: March 10th last class. Please turn in any missing paperwork and make-up lessons at that time. During Lent, you are required to attend Reconciliation and Stations of the Cross at least one time each. Year 1 Parents: Volunteers are needed to set up food and serve a small Confirmation reception in the hall following Confimation on Saturday, April 6th after the 4:30pm Mass. In these politically charged times, we often question one another’s values. We assume we can
identify our own, but it is not always easy. At some point, we all need to consider where our faith is rooted
and what difference that makes in our life choices. Today’s readings address these centuries-old questions quite directly. They matter, because who and what we believe in undergirds every aspect of our lives. What
would our personal inventories reveal?
SFX Men’s Shelter Dinner Monday, February 25th
It’s time again for us, the SFX family, to prepare a dinner for about 125 homeless men at the Men’s Shelter! We prepare the dinner at the Emmaus Center (4335 S. Salina St) from noon until done.
Then, around 4:00, we take the food to the Men’s Shelter and serve the dinner.
We need 4 to 6 volunteers for meal prep. Plus, we need people to deliver the food and serve the men.
