We address various social studies strands in the unit: history, economics, geography, government ..., and look for connections with culture and values as we learn about the United States of America, and other countries.

Math Everyday Math: Fractions,  Decimals,  and  Percents:  We’ve  explored  renaming numbers as fractions, improper fractions, mixed numbers, decimals, and percents; using division and multiplication to find equivalent fractions; finding fractions on a number line; renaming fractions as decimals.
