BALDWIN FILTERS warrants each new Baldwin filter used onapplicable equipment to be free of defects in workmanship andmaterial. Baldwin will replace a ny filter found to be defective when youreturn it to your Baldwin distributor where you purchased the filter.

In addition, if any machinery damage is directly caused by a new,properly installed Baldwin filter during a normal service interval,

Baldwin will reimburse the owner for t hat portion of the repa ir costswhich were necessary to restore the machine to its conditionimmediately prior to the time of damage. If damage from a filter issuspected, contact the Baldwin distributor where you purchased thefilter. He will help you complete the neces sary form and pack thefilter a nd other materials in accordance with his Baldwin Manual.

Baldwin Filters shall not be liable for any consequential orincidental damages, besides machinery damage, or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty.
