In addition, if any machinery damage is directly caused by a new, properly installed Baldwin filter during a normal service interval, Bal dwi n will rei mburse the owner for t hat portion of the repa ir costs which were necessary to restore the machine to its condition immediately prior to the time of damage. If damage from a f ilter is suspect ed, contact the Baldwi n distributor where you purchased the fil ter. He will help you complete the neces sa ry f orm and pack the fi lter a nd other materials in accordance with his Baldwin Manual. Baldwin Filters shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, besides machinery damage, or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty. BALDWIN FILTERS warrants each new Baldwin filter used onapplicable equipment to be free of defects in workmanship andmaterial. Baldwin will replace a ny filter found to be defective when youreturn it to your Baldwin distributor where you purchased the filter.
