We pride ourselves on having a great coaching staff. Between us we have a wealth

of experience in CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting and Kettlebell coaching. We are a

motivated team, and we are certain we can push you to reach all of your fitness

goals.

We are committed to making sure that you train in a safe and effective environment,

where help is always at hand. We believe that you should always feel welcome, forge

friendships, have fun and train to your best ability. CrossFit improves lives, and we

are proud to be a part of that.

Our program is based on CrossFit methodology. Constantly varied (the workout

changes every day), functional movements (like squats, push ups) performed at high

intensity. Functional movements are pivotal to our everyday lives, ingrained in our

nature and lead to a healthier, stronger, fitter YOU!

Our vision is to create a fitter, stronger YOU. To give you a place to come where you

can blow off some steam, learn new skills, train hard and train in an atmosphere that

is supportive and has a strong community spirit. We will include FOUR workshops

covering a range of fitness issues, TWO in house competitions, family days and nights

out. We also offer other services to cater to your personal needs.

Would you like to show your employees how much you care about their health and

well being? You can send them to us, or we will come to you. We can tailor a training

plan and offer nutritional advice, build team spirit and your employees will thank you!

Think you'll get big if you lift weights? Wrong. If you ONLY lift weights then yes,

possibly. But in general we want to expel that myth. You will get stronger and you will

definitely tone and sculpt the body that YOU want. You'll do this with a mixture of

lifting, kettlebell and bodyweight training.

Putting off a run for the 100th time, irregular visits to the gym - and when

you do go, aimlessly walking around wondering what weight to pick up and

how many reps to do - feeling dissatisfied with your strength and how your

body looks…..... Sound Familiar?

Prior to joining TOWIC, my training was focused on basketball and running

and after a couple of marathons and other various running events I finally came

down with a typical runners injury...
