Cylinder Lubricant

High Performance cylinder lubricant designed for two-stroke low speed engines that run under extreme

conditions. It is intended to be used for engines burning distillate and residual fuel. Cylinder lubricants have been

engineered to offer excellent performance under all operational conditions such as full power, “slow” and “flexible”

steaming regimes.

Crankcase Lubricant

Low speed diesel engine lubricant with added refinement of high viscosity index mineral oil and a balanced selection

of additives. A lubricant option that has been approved by all major low speed diesel engine manufacturers.

Medium Speed 4 stroke diesel Engine Oil

Over 20 years of research and testing have helped us to understand oil stress. Medium Speed 4 stroke diesel

Engine Oil is designed to manage differing effects of oil stress to reduce downtime, keeping engines cleaner and

prolonging oil and component life thereby improving engine reliability. A key to controlling Oil Stress successfully

is by selecting a lubricant that has the best all round stress management capacity:

• Acid Stress alkalinity (BN) reserves

• Thermal Stress: antioxidancy reserves

• Asphaltene Stress: specialized detergency

that applied Shell Marine Products. Starting from the main engine to secondary equipment, the lubricants will be

thoroughly monitored to ensure smooth and efficient operation under any operating conditions.

A preliminary survey prior to the lubricant application to ensure usage precision

Used oil analysis

Providing analysis of used oil and lubricants to achieve optimum usage, efficiency and accurate

Ship Visit

Technical advisory and assistance for ships and vessels in matters of product suitability in various

conditions

Rapid Lubricants Analysis

A comprehensive analysis of lubricant conditions, through sampling of currently applied oil in Shell’s

laboratories located across 6 countries. The analysis result will be sent directly to customers’ email

within 3 days upon receiving of samples

Education and Training

Product knowledge and training that complies with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and the Environment)

policies for maintenance crews

High Speed Diesel Engine Lubricant

Triple protection lubricant to improve engine oil and oil

durability in 2 critical areas: acid & corrosion control

and engine wear reduction & deposit control. It is

suitable for almost all modern low emission engines

that meet EURO 5,4,3,2 and US 2002 emission

requirements.

Hydraulic System Lubricant

High performance hydraulic fluids with excellent

viscosity control under both severe mechanical stress

and across a wide range of temperatures, providing

outstanding protection and performance in most

equipments and applications that are subject to a

wider range of ambient or operating temperatures.

Gear System Lubricant

High quality extreme-pressure lubricant designed

primarily for the lubrication of heavy duty enclosed

gears and bearings, offering superior performance in

gears through high-load carrying capacity and anti-

friction characteristics, offering superior

performance in gears.

Air Compressors Lubricant

It is a high performance lubricant for high pressure

reciprocating compressor and screw air compressor.

Air compressor lubricants are intended for

reciprocating air compressors operating with air

discharge temperatures of up to 220°C and screw

air compressor operating at pressures of in excess of

25 bars and with air discharge temperatures of over

100°C (including intermittent operation under these

conditions).

Refrigeration Compressors Lubricant

Lubricant with high temperature and oxidation stability

in addition to high solvency, providing long service life

with focus on cleanliness and efficiency. It offers a

universal solution to the lubrication requirements of

most refrigeration compressors and is compatible with

all commonly used refrigerants of HCFC & HFC.

Steam Turbine Lubricant

Lubricants that are formulated from high quality

hydrotreated base oil, combining zinc-free additives

that provide excellent oxidative stability, protection

against rust and corrosion, low foaming and excellent

demulsibility.

Heat Transfer Fluid

Lubricants made from highly refined mineral oil to

provide superior performance in indirect closed fluid

heat transfer system.

Grease

The Shell grease range has been developed to deliver

the best value through enhanced wear protection, long

grease life and system efficiency. It is a comprehensive

product line of greases designed to meet all your

needs.
