An internationally recognized and respected sales executive with more than 20
years of executive experience in the Nordic countries, Benelux and the UK for
Premier Farnell Group (PFG), a global electronics component distributor with
4,500 employees.
More than 20 years of international experience, a wealth of knowledge in change
management, implementing national sales programs and maintaining sales
volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand,
changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Most distinguishing, is the
record of accomplishment when successful serving calmly in a dynamic industry
with a global perspective. Skillfully untangles and brings order to immensely
complex, multifaceted, and tumultuous situations, all while creating transparency,
setting priorities, advising fragmented management groups, and facilitating
trusting consensus among stakeholders.
Growing PF’s Nordic and Benelux division into a DKK 800 million
revenue-generating entity, leading the northern European practice to outperform
its peers. As Sales Director, having helped restructure the sales operations for UK
and Ireland with a turnover of DKK 1.5bn. And successfully implemented decisive
strategies for the region, which were subsequently implemented globally,
specifically for improved efficiency and e-commerce globally.
Resides in Copenhagen with my wife of more than 30 years, Janni. I’m an avid
tennis player and triathlon athlete and in our personal time, we enjoy family time
with our three children.
