Drying of the tub is used after every renovation of the tub refractory lining. Depending on the specific requirements, the process may be controlled in terms of speed warm-up, reached temperature as well as holding time at specified temperatures. Description of the technical solution - type of foundation: -fixed -mobile - type of heating -by gas burners with high efficiency -by regenerative burners - tub capacity : agreeable - tub location: - horizontal - vertical - max of heating temperature 1250C - temperature curve : programmable - speed of heating from 10k/h to 300 k/h with the possibility of maintaining the desired temperature for any time - full automation - process visualization - archiving of the data Benefits for the clients - reducing of fuel consumption - reliability - optimization of the technical process Application - iron and steel industry - non- ferrous industry - molding
