1 是否所有賽事均設有獎項？

僅限「反斗奇兵 10 公里跑」之比賽組設有獎項。其他組別賽事並無設有獎

項。

Are there awards / prizes for all races / categories? Awards / Prizes are set for the “Toy Story 10K – race group” only.

2 比賽的起點、終點在哪裡？

賽事的起點、終點均設於香港迪士尼樂園旅遊巴士停車場。

Where are the Start and Finish lines? For Day Races, the Starting and Finishing lines are located at Hong Kong Disneyland Coach Park.

部分賽事日於清晨時段舉行，當天有沒有特別之交通配套安排？

由於「玩轉腦朋友5公里跑」及「反斗奇兵10公里跑」分別於11月2日早上7

時及11月3日早上6時15分起跑，大會將於11月2日及11月3日為該兩項賽事的

參加者安排特別巴士服務。

* 只供已預先購買車票的人士乘搭，登車時必須出示車票。

* 特別巴士車票不設退款及更換。

4 為什麼「怪獸公司 3 公里跑」沒有大會特別巴士服務？

「怪獸公司 3 公里跑」賽事分別於 11 月 2 日及 11 月 3 日早上 7 時 45 分及

早上 8 時 15 分舉行。賽事當天，港鐵迪士尼線及巴士 R8 分別於早上 6 時 15

分及早上 6 時正開始營運。有關港鐵路線的服務時間，請瀏覽港鐵網站

Why is there no special bus service arranged for “Monsters, Inc. 3K” race? Monsters, Inc. 3K race is scheduled on November 2 and November 3 and starts at 7:45a.m. and 8:15a.m. respectively. The MTR’s Disneyland Resort MTR line and R8 bus will start operating at 6:15a.m. and 6:00a.m. respectively on the race days. 6 若我沒有按照指定參加組別時間起跑，會怎樣？

參加者應按照指定參加組別之時間起跑。如參加者未按指定路線/ 時間起

跑，大會將取消您的成績及不獲發主題獎牌及成績證書。

What if I start in the wrong race? Participants should start in the designated race. Participants who start in the wrong race/ time will not be issued results, event medals and finishing certificates.

7 如在報名後不能出賽會怎辦？

由於報名費用已包括主題 T 恤及主題號碼布等，大會不設退款，參加者亦不

得將套票轉換。

What if I cannot participate after enrollment? The enrollment fee includes event T-shirt and event running bib. Enrollment fee is non-refundable and all race entries are not transferable.

8 是項跑步活動報名費包括甚麼?

10 公里/5 公里/3 公里/兒童跑的報名費已經包括大會主題 T 恤、主題號碼

布，成功完成賽事後，更可獲主題獎牌及電子成績證書。部分賽道會在迪士

尼樂園內，跑手亦有機會見到不同的迪士尼朋友。

What does the enrollment fee cover? The enrollment fee of the 10K/5K/3K and Kids races includes event T-shirt, event running bib, event medal and finishing e-certificate for each participant who completes the race. A portion of the route is set inside the Park, and participants may be able to see different Disney Characters.

Kids races includes a Event sticker and Wristband to access to Kids Zone with One accompanied adult (age 18 or above)

兒童跑的報名費並包括主題貼紙及入場手帶參加兒童遊樂區的活動 (每名合

資格賓客於兒童遊樂區內，在任何時候皆必須由一名家長或年滿 18 歲之法

定監護人陪同及照顧。)

9 在活動中，參加者在哪裡可看到迪士尼朋友？

參加者可在賽道沿途感受到不同的迪士尼元素及看到迪士尼朋友。

Where will I find Disney Characters during the event? You will be able to experience different Disney elements and see Disney Characters along the route in the Park.

10 我是否可以和迪士尼朋友影相？

賽道沿途會有不同的迪士尼朋友，參加者可選擇跟不同的迪士尼朋友拍照。

但請注意每項賽事設有各自的限定完成時間（10 公里-2.5 小時/5 公里-2 小時

/3 公里-1.5 小時）。

Can I take photos with the Disney Characters? As the duration for each race is limited (10K-2.5hrs/5K-2hrs/3k-1.5hrs), and different Characters will appear along the route within the Park. It is up to participants’ own decision if they want to take photos with Disney Characters along the route.

11 參加者可以在比賽中拍攝，大會能夠確保賽事的安全嗎？

大會工作人員會沿途指示跑手流向。亦會在預期多人停留拍攝的位置增派工

作人員維持秩序，保持賽道暢通及提供協助。

If participants stop to take photos during the race, how is the safety along the route managed? Officials will be deployed along the routes to direct runners. Additional officials will be deployed at certain prime locations where runners are more likely to stop for photos in order to ensure a smooth flow along the route and provide assistance to the runners.

12 大會是否有購買保險？

大會已購買第三者保險，而參加者須自行承擔在比賽期間之所有風險。大會

建議參加者在報名前請先行了解自己的身體狀況是否適合比賽，考慮所參加

比賽的路程，才報名參加。如對自己的身體狀況有任何疑問，請向醫生查詢

後才出賽。

Is the race covered by any insurance? Public Liability Insurance is covered by the Organizer. Participants are advised to arrange their personal or other insurance policies separately, if needed. The Organizer suggests participants to conduct a body check before entering the race and also consider the race distances before enrolling. If you are concerned about your health, please consult a doctor before taking part in the race.

13 「親友同行」打氣門票的持票人可以在什麼時侯進入樂園? 有沒有特定的位

置？「親友同行」打氣門票的持票人可以在 11 月 2 日早上 7 時或 11 月 3 日

早上 6 時 45 分進入樂園，在樂園內的打氣區為跑手打氣。而非持有「親友

同行」打氣票的賓客則可在樂園外為參加者打氣。

When can Spectator Ticket holders enter the Park? Are there any designated areas in the Park for spectators to gather? Spectators can enter the park at 7:00a.m. on November 2 or 6:45a.m. on November 3 cheer on the runners in the designated “Cheering Zone” inside the park. If a Guest does not have a Spectator Ticket, they can cheer for runners outside the park.

14 賽事完成後「親友同行」打氣門票的持票人可否繼續留在樂園內？ Can holders of “Spectator Tickets” stay in the Park after the event? Spectators are free to leave/re-enter the Park at any time during the

「親友同行」打氣門票的持票人可於樂園營運時間內再次進入樂園。如果

「親友同行」打氣票的持票人計劃離開後，並再次進入樂園，請在離開時蓋

上手印。返回樂園時，必須出示您的手印及樂園門票。

15 「親友同行」打氣門票的持票人可以將門票升級至「奇妙處處通」嗎？

賓客可在使用「親友同行」打氣門票當日，到訪樂園內的「奇妙處處通」會

員服務中心支付票價差額將「親友同行」打氣門票升級至「奇妙處處通」。

差額之釐定視乎優惠門票及「奇妙處處通」之種類 。獲升級的「奇妙處處通」

有效期為一年，由打氣門票使用日起計算。打氣門票在使用日過後，將不可

升級至「奇妙處處通」。是項升級選擇將受「奇妙處處通」之有關條款及細

則所約束。

Can the Spectator Ticket be upgraded to Magic Access Membership? On the date of entry to the Park only, Guests may upgrade aSpectator Ticket to a Magic Access Membership simply by paying the applicapble price difference between the ticket purchase price and the type of Magic Access Membership selected at the Magic Access Member Service Center in the Park. Any Magic Access Membership issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date when the Spectator Ticket was used. No upgrade will be possible after the day when the Spectator Ticket is used. The upgrade option is subject to terms and conditions of Magic Access Membership.

16 賽事選手跑畢賽事後可否再入樂園？

參加者跑畢賽事後可於加購樂園門票後，在營運時間內出示樂園門票進入樂

園。

Can the runners enter the park after the race? Participants must purchase and present a park ticket for entry into the park during the park operating hours.

17 賽事選手是否必需要加購樂園門票才可參與各項賽事?

如賽事選手不打算賽事完結後進入樂園，賽事選手是不需要加購樂園門票。

Do all runners need to purchase add-on participants’ tickets in order to participate the run? It is not a must to purchase the participant tickets if runners are not planning to enter the Park after the run.

18 怎樣才可以參加兒童遊樂區？

參與「米奇與好友兒童跑」的小健兒均獲得入場手帶一條，參加兒童遊樂區

的活動。

而其他合資格賓客在當天於會場中心之餐飲或商店單一消費港幣 200 元或以

上，亦可換領兒童遊樂區入場手帶一條。

每名合資格賓客於兒童遊樂區內，在任何時候皆必須由一名家長或年滿 18

歲之法定監護人陪同及照顧。

How can I register for the Kids zone? Kids who enrolled “Mickey & Friends Kids Races” will included one wristband to access the Kids Zone. Each eligible Guest may redeem ONE wristband for admission to the Kids Zone by spending HK$200 or more in one single transaction for merchandise or food or beverage at the Event Center on the same day. Each eligible kids must be accompanied and supervised by his/her parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above at all times in the Kids Zone.

19 各賽事之起步時間？

11 月 2 日的賽事將於早上 7 時起分時段開跑。11 月 3 日的賽事將於早上 6

時 15 分起分時段開跑。

20 大會會否提供選手包予參加者？選手包可於何時領取？主題 T 裇適合大人

各參加者會獲得選手包一份，包括「香港迪士尼樂園 10K Weekend 2019 ─

AIA Vitality 健康程式全力支持」主題 T 裇一件、主題號碼布、指定塑膠行李

袋及特別巴士車票(如有選購)。

換領地點及時間會以電郵方式通知。每位成功報名的選手須攜同換領確認電

Will there be a runner’s pack for participants? When can participants pick up the pack? Will the event T-shirts fit adults? Each participant will receive a runner’s pack, which includes “Hong Kong Disneyland 10K Weekend 2019 - Presented by AIA Vitality” event T-shirt, a themed running bib, official plastic baggage bag and special bus ticket (if purchased). Redemption location and time will be informed by email. Participants who have successfully registered must present the redemption email and valid personal identification to redeem their runner’s pack. Below are the redemption details:

21 如在領取選手包的指定日期及時間均不能出席，可否授權朋友/家人代替領

取?

可以，授權人士必需在領取選手包時出示參賽選手之換領確認電郵及其身份

證明以作核對。

If participant cannot collect their runner’s pack on the redemption dates and time, could the participants authorize their friends/family members to pick up on behalf? Yes, the authorized person must present the redemption email and participant’s personal identification to redeem their Runner’s Pack.

22 在惡劣天氣下，活動會取消嗎？

最後時限 活動當天早上 3 時正

活動安排 如於上述時限，香港天文台已經發出 3 號或以上熱帶氣旋信

號、紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號，活動將會被取消。

而因應任何在上述沒有指明的惡劣天氣情況或不可預計的情

況下，大會有絕對酌情權決定順延、暫停或取消活動、任何

賽事及任何其附帶娛樂活動及設施。有關順延、暫停或取消

活動之公佈會於活動之官方網站發佈。

參加者敬請在賽事開始前 16 小時內密切留意天氣報告，當中

會顯示熱帶氣旋、紅色或黑色暴雨警告之信號或預測。亦請

參加者密切留意活動之官方網站關於活動之最新情況。

因惡劣天氣情況或不可預計的情況下而順延、暫停或取消活

動、任何賽事及任何其附帶娛樂活動及設施，大會恕不退還

報名費用或作出賠償。

The Event will be cancelled if tropical cyclone warning

signal no.3 or above, and/or red or black rainstorm

signal is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory at the

cut off time.

In all other inclement weather scenarios not specified

above or any other unforeseeable circumstances, the

Organizers may in their sole discretion delay, suspend

or cancel the Event, any Race and any ancillary

entertainment activities and facilities. Announcements

concerning delay, suspension and cancellation will be

published on the Event official website.

Please pay special attention to the weather report

during the 16-hour period before the Race start time as

it may indicate whether tropical cyclone warning

signals, or red or black rainstorm signals are likely to be

hoisted. Please also follow the updates on the Event

official website closely regarding the status of the

Event.

No refund of entry fee or other compensation will be provided if the Event, any Race and any ancillary entertainment activities and facilities are delayed, suspended or cancelled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseeable circumstances.

23 活動場地有沒有食物及飲用水提供?

10 公里、5 公里及 3 公里賽道沿途均設有水站，而賽事起點、終點及急救站

亦設有水站，讓參加者保充水份。

另外，會場中心內亦有各式各樣的餐飲以供選購。

為了響應環保，如賽事選手完成以下動作，於會場中心的小食攤位或商品攤

位購買一份套餐或一件商品，將享有港幣$10 折扣優惠。

Any food and water provided during the event? For replenishing water during your run, Water Stations can be found along the 10K, 5K and 3K course. Water Stations will also be available at Start, Finish Area, along the course and First Aid Stations. Besides, there are food and beverage at the Event Center for purchase. 24 賽事之行李寄存處位於哪裡?

賽事之行李寄存處位於會場中心內。請在行李寄存前確認所有放在大會指定

的塑膠行李袋內之個人物品已經儲存妥當，並把行李袋上之封條密封，然後

交到指定之行李寄存處。

Where does the Baggage Deposit counters located? The Baggage Deposit counters are located inside the Event Center. Participants are advised to put all personal belongings into the baggage. Race Official will assist to fold and tape the baggage bag before securing a baggage tag on the bag and deposit at specific Baggage deposit counter.

25 我可否於行李寄存處寄存其他物品?

大會只處理由大會提供之指定塑膠行李袋，以作識別。大會不會於比賽當天

派發或補發行李袋。參賽者可於香港迪士尼樂園的行李寄存服務 (此為收費

項目) 寄存其他物品。行李寄存設於迎樂路（近港鐵迪士尼站）。收費及行

Can I store other belongings at the Baggage Deposit counters? Participants MUST store all personal belongings using the official baggage bag included in the runner’s pack. The Organizer will handle ONLY the belongings with official baggage bags. No Baggage bag will provided on the race day. 大會只接受網上報名，參加者可獲得即時報名確認。網上報名將於 7 月

18 日的上午 10 時在香港迪士尼樂園網站開始。

All enrollments should be made online at the Hong Kong Disneyland website from 10:00 a.m. on Jul 18. Instant confirmation of payment and enrollment will be provided during online registration.

27 「香港迪士尼樂園 10K Weekend 2019 ─ AIA Vitality 健康程式全力支持」

有年齡限制？

「米奇與好友兒童跑」適合 5 歲或以下參加者。

「怪獸公司 3 公里跑」適合 3 歲或以上參加者，如參加者為 12 歲或以下

必須由一名 18 歲或以上的陪同参加者陪同。

「玩轉腦朋友 5 公里跑」適合 14 歲或以上參加。

「反斗奇兵 10 公里跑」適合 16 歲或以上參加者。

Are there age limits for “Hong Kong Disneyland 10K Weekend 2019 - Presented by AIA Vitality”? “Mickey & Friends Kids Races” is suitable for children aged 5 or below. “Monsters Inc 3K” is suitable for participant aged 3 or above; a participant who is aged below 12 has to be accompanied by an Accompanying Participant aged 18 or above. “Inside Out 5K” is suitable for those aged 14 or above “Toy Story 10K” is suitable for those aged 16 or above.

28 「米奇與好友兒童跑」有指定的起步時間嗎?

「米奇與好友兒童跑」會分時段起步，請按所屬時段提前 1 小時到達。

Is there any specific starting time for “Mickey & Friends Kids Races”? “Mickey & Friends Kids Races” has separate starting time, please arrive 1 hour before starting time.

29 如比賽當日，參加者未達到該組別的年齡上限，是否可以參加該項賽事？

如參加者當日的年齡未達到該組別的年齡上限，亦可以參加比賽。以「米

奇與好友兒童跑」為例，該組別年齡限制為 5 歲或以下，如參加者於比賽

當日未滿 6 歲也可參加賽事。

If a participant has not yet reached the upper age limit for a particular race on race day, could he/she participate in the race group? If a participant has not yet reached the upper age limit for a particular race on race day, he/she can participate. For example, if a child is not yet 6 on race day, he/she could participate in the “Mickey & Friends Kids Races” as the age limit for this race is aged 5 or below.

30 我已於網上報名，但收不到報名確認電郵，應該怎辦？

參加者成功報名後，網上系統會即時顯示報名成功訊息，參加者亦會即時

收到確認電郵；如報名失敗，系統亦會顯示有關通知。如因網絡繁忙而未

What should I do if I have applied but have not received a confirmation? A confirmation message will be shown on your device once your enrollment is successfully completed. 33 我可否轉移我的參賽資格、號碼布及/或計時晶片予其他人?

參賽資格、號碼布及/或計時晶片均不得轉讓他人。

Can I transfer my registration, bib and/or timing chips to others after enrollment? All enrollment, race bib and/or timing chips are non-transferable.

34 我可否帶同寵物或穿著滾軸式運動鞋參與賽事? 我可否帶用手推車或嬰兒

車進入賽道範圍?

參賽者不能攜帶任何寵物或穿著任何形式的滾軸物體如滾軸式運動鞋、單

車、手推車或嬰兒車等進入賽道範圍（輪椅參賽者除外）。

Can I run with my pet or use any form of wheel-run objects in the race? Can trolley and stroller enter the race course? Pets, roller sneakers or any form of wheel-run objects, bicycles, skates, push carts, trolley, stroller etc (except wheelchair participants) are straightly prohibited in the course.

35 賽事適合傷健人士/輪椅人士參加嗎?

賽事歡迎任何公眾人士參加。參加者需自我評估身體狀況，並適時尋求醫

護人員的意見以決定是否適合參賽。

Are the races suitable for person with disabilities/ wheelchair participants to enroll? All members of public are welcome to enroll. Particpant is encouraged to assess his/her physical condition, and seek medical advice as appropriate to decide whether he/she should participate the race.

36 輪椅人士可透過什麼途徑報名參加賽事?

任何人士都可透過官方網頁報名參加任何賽事。

What channels are available for wheelchair participants to enroll the races? All members of public can enroll all the races through the official online registration website.

37 輪椅參賽者要有甚麼裝束及要注意的事項?

所有輪椅參賽者必須戴上頭盔進行賽事。於賽事期間，輪椅參賽者必須確

保其下肢不會接觸地面或跑道及必須顧及跑道上其他參賽者安全。

Any required equipment/ outfit for wheelchair participants? Any regulations need to pay special attention to? Race helmet is compulsory during the race for all wheelchair participants. Participants must ensure that no part of their lower limbs will touch the ground or the race track during the event and must take into account the safety of other participants on the route.

38 使用的輪椅有限制嗎?

- 只可使用以手動操作的機械式轉向裝置;

- No mechanical gears or levers wheelchair shall be allowed, that may propel the chair.

- Participants should be able to turn the front wheel(s) manually both to the left and the right.

Can I store my spare wheelchair? Luggage Valet service is available for spare wheelchair storage for wheelchair participants at Hong Kong Disneyland on the race day (luggage charges applied). Luggage Valet location is on Park Premenade near MTR Disneyland Resort Station. 40 若我的輪椅於比賽期間損毀，該如何處理?

如輪椅損毀情況許可，輪椅參賽者應盡量停泊於賽道的一旁，並尋求附近

的大會工作人員協助。

What should I do if my wheelchair is damaged during the race? If the damage is mild, please stay on one side of the course and seek for a staff’s assistance.

C. 「奇妙處處通」會員資訊 Magic Access Members’ information

41 奇妙處處通」會員有甚麼優惠?

「奇妙處處通」會員可除可優先報名外，更可享用「早鳥優惠」報名。名

額有限，先到先得。

What are the benefits Magic Access Members entitle to? Magic Access members can enjoy Early Bird promotion offer for enrollment. Quotas are limited and available on first-come-first-served basis.

42 「奇妙處處通」會員可以進入樂園之打氣區嗎？

「奇妙處處通」 白金卡及金卡會員可於 11 月 2 日早上 7 時至 9 時或 11 月

3 日早上 6 時 45 分至 9 時期間出示有效「奇妙處處通」會員卡，直接進入

樂園，在樂園內的打氣區為賽事的跑手打氣。

Can Magic Access Members enter the “Cheering Zone” inside the Park? Magic Access Platinum and Gold Members are eligible to enter the Park between 7:00a.m. and 9:00a.m. on November 2 or between 6:45a.m. and 9:00a.m. on Nov 3 by presenting his/her valid Magic Access Membership Card. They can cheer for runners in the designated “Cheering Zone” inside the park during the races.

43 比賽當日有沒有服裝要求？

您應穿著運動服及運動鞋。謹記將參加者號碼布佩帶於可容易看見的胸前

位置，請勿被外套遮檔，以便工作人員辨認。

Any clothing guidelines for the event day? Please put on proper sportswear and running shoes. Remember to display the bib (with the timing chip) on your chest in a clearly visible manner at all times during the race to enable race officials to identify your race number.

44 參加者可否扮演成迪士尼朋友？

可以，但必須遵守以下守則。 服裝必須是適合家庭活動，及不會阻礙其他參加者或令人反感

或有暴力成份。

如參加者裝扮成迪士尼朋友，不可讓其他參加者拍攝及任何人

仕簽名。

服裝不可過長以致在地上拖行。

服裝不可包含尖銳/鋒利的物料，或者可能會意外撞擊其他參加

者的物料。

服裝不可含有任何類似武器或很容易被誤認為是實際的武器。

如參加者不遵守這些準則均可能被拒絕進入會場或取消比賽的

資格，除非他/她的服裝可以修改，以符合上述標準。

號碼布必須清晰展示出胸前。

與迪士尼朋友拍照前，參加者必須把某些裝扮服飾除下，例如

頭盔、全面罩

為確保安全，所佩帶面罩必須時刻無礙周邊視線，雙眼位置必

須完全透清晰無阻。

Can participants dress up as Disney Character? Yes, you may but please adhere to the following Rules & Regulations.

Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive,

offensive, objectionable or violent.

Guests who dress like Characters may not pose for pictures or

sign autographs for other Guests.

Costumes may not drag on the ground.

Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or

materials that may accidentally strike another Guest.

Costumes may not contain any weapons which resemble or

could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.

Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused

entry into, and/or removed from, a race or any race-related

activities unless his or her costume can be modified to meet the

above standards.

The number bib must be clearly displayed in front of the chest.

Certain accessories, such as full-face masks and helmets, must be

removed before taking photos with Disney Characters.

For everyone’s safety, masks must provide unobstructed

peripheral vision at all times with opening that allow the eyes to

be fully seen when worn by guests.
