„LŁ” spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k. (former Lange Łukaszuk sp.j.) was founded in 1987 r. On the beginnig it was alarm systems and electronics equipment service only.

Today Company LŁ provides distribution of tools, electro-power tools, building machines, accessories, automatic light systems and hot-melt glues.Company is the winner of many prestige business prizes (for example four

editions of „Gazele Biznesu”).LŁ headquarters is located in a modern building in Byków near

Wrocław, next to road no. 8 Wrocław – Warsaw. We have a warehouse of high storage capacity, with storage area of 2000 square metres. Improved logistics processes allow for delivery of goods to our customers within 24 hours and thelevel of order execution amounts to 98%.

LŁ is importer of goods from Germany, USA, Austria, Spain and Malaysia. It is exclusive distributor over 20 international brands. Company cooperates with over 1000 professional selling points also with most important building and electrotechnics networks.

„LŁ” group has another two divisions: „Termolan Sp. z o.o.” (industry hot-melt bonding systems) and „Taurus” Health Center. Whole group employs over 75 persons.

Selling structure is based on three channels: 1. Professional selling points (the most important of them are participants

of MegaPartner Program) - almost 1000 selling companies. 2. Electric wholesale points concentrated in purchasing groups.: Alfa

Elektro, Elektro-holding, Elektroskandia, Elmega, Elsigma, Forum Rondo, Grodno, Inter-Elektro, Onninen, Solar (most important are participants of ElektroPartner Program) – over 300 location.

3. DIY sector: Castorama, Leroy Merlin, OBI, Praktiker, Bricoman, Saint Gobain, Sieć budowlana.pl, PSB (Polskie Składy Budowlane) - ca. 220malls.

Every day our 20 professional Sales-Reps. and Technical Consultants provide technical and commercial advisory to our customers in whole country.

Program MegaPartner was introduced in 2012, today has 26 participants and steadily increasing. The program is focused on modern, high-profi selling points, where end-users can find large assortment, attractive price level,competent and precise information, service, and after-selling care.

Our aim is to establish 45 selling points in Poland. In this year MegaPartner success gave impulse to create another idea:

similar program dedicated for electro branch - ElectroPartner Program. Up to now we already cooperate with seven firms as ElectroPartners. Our final plan is to set up 25-30 points where clients can find not only cables, connectors and bulbs, but also high quality power tools and hand tools with accessories.
