PLW komórce projektowej fi rmy KLUŚ, w roku 2006 opracowano i wdrożono do produkcji

system opraw – profi li umożliwiający łatwe projektowanie i stosowanie małogabarytowych

źródeł światła LED. To opracowanie ułatwiło i upowszechniło możliwości realizacyjne

wobec zapotrzebowania na małogabarytowe źródła światła. Oprawy – profi le do źródeł

światła LED, służą do mocowania tego typu oświetlenia dla takich dziedzin jak: meblarstwo,

architektura, scenografi a, reklama, wzornictwo użytkowe, wystawiennictwo, (ekspozycje

sklepowe, muzealne, targowe itp.) Rozwiązania opraw liniowych KLUŚ wytyczyły standardy

w tej dziedzinie i znajdują dzisiaj wielu naśladowców. W fi rmie KLUŚ trwają stale prace nad

rozwojem i udoskonalaniem rozwiązań dla opraw światła LED.

W roku 2009 fi rma opracowała, sfi nansowała i zbudowała pierwszy budynek w całości oświetlony

światłem LED w znaczeniu oświetlenia funkcjonalnego – zwany „Domem bez żarówek”.

Światło LED to duża oszczędność energii, co właściwie wpisuje je w światowe programy

ochrony środowiska.

DEIn der Projektabteilung der Firma Kluś hat man 2006 ein System der Fassungsprofi le

entwickelt und in die Produktion eingeführt, welches ein leichtes Entwerfen und

Anwendung der kleindimensionalen LED-Lichtquellen ermöglicht. Diese Entwicklung

hat die Ausführungsmöglichkeiten im Hintergrund des Bedarfs für kleindimensionale

Lichtquellen erleichtert und erweitert. Die Fassungsprofi le für LED-Lichtquellen dienen

zur Befestigung der Beleuchtung dieser Art in solchen Branchen, wie: Möbelgeschäft,

Architektur, Szenografi e, Werbung, Industriedesign, Ausstellungsbranche (Ausstellungen

in den Läden, Museen, während der Messen usw.). Die Lösungen der linearen Fassungen

von KLUŚ haben in diesem Bereich Standards gesetzt und sie fi nden heute viele Nachahmer.

In der Firma KLUŚ dauern kontinuierliche Arbeiten an der Entwicklung und der Verbesserung

der Lösungen für LED-Lichtquellen. 2009 hat die Firma das erste Gebäude, das in vollem

Umfang mit LED-Licht in der Bedeutung der funktionellen Beleuchtung beleuchtet wurde,

entwickelt, fi nanziert und gebaut, das als „Haus ohne Glühbirnen“ genannt wurde.

Das LED-Licht bedeutet große Energieersparnisse, wodurch sie entsprechend

in Weltprogramme des Umweltschutzes hineingefügt werden.

The new lighting system facilitated and popularized number of applications that require

compact lighting solutions. LED profi les are designed to be mounted into elements applied in:

interior design, architecture, furniture, scenography, advertisement, industrial design, exhibits

(shop displays, museum exhibits etc.)

KLUS Company continuously develops and improves new LED lighting system solutions.

In 2009 the company designed, fi nanced and built fi rst building that is lit exclusively with LEDs

– so called “House without bulbs”. LED lighting is highly energy effi cient what qualifi es it for

recognition as environment friendly product under the Environment Protection Programs.

montażu do powierzchni sufi tów, ścian itp. Box zasilania przygotowany jest do zespalania go z oprawami oświetleniowymi KLUŚ

na linkach, prętach lub bezpośrednio do jego konstrukcji. Może także realizować wymienione funkcje jako element wolnostojący.

Zawieszki DP do podwieszania opraw Kluś. Charakterystyka według sposobu mocowania do profi lu:

- Zawieszki mocowane do profi lu bezpośrednio wkrętem.

Zawieszki bez mocownika mogą być zamocowane

do każdego profi lu Kluś, ich montaż wymaga wykonania

odpowiednich nawierceń dla posadowienia śrub.

- Zawieszki z mocownikiem (symbol MOC w nazwie).

Mocowane są do profi lu-oprawy za pośrednictwem

mocowników. Zawieszki tego typu nie wymagają

wykonywania wierceń w profi lu a ich umiejscowienie

na nim jest dowolne.

Charakterystyka według funkcji:

- Zawieszki podtrzymujące (symbol DP w nazwie).

Służą do podwieszania i podtrzymywania opraw.

rozmieszczenia nawierceń. Wymiar C powinien odpowiadać wielokrotności

modułów paska LED. Standardowo otwory przygotowane są dla śruby M5

z łbem stożkowym.

When ordering fi xtures with BZP heads, you should provide accurate details of

Puszki hermetyczne KLUŚ są przeznaczone do łatwego łączenia i rozgałęziania przewodów zasilających

(ø 4 mm - 10 mm), zapewniając tym połączeniom wodoszczelność. Występują one w dwóch rodzajach:

Puszka hermetyczna – do łączenia trzech przewodów umożliwiając ich rozgałęzienie.

Mufa hermetyczna – do łączenia dwóch przewodów. Umożliwiająca wykonywanie przyłączy,

np. zasilających oprawy oświetleniowe.

Hermetische Dosen von KLUŚ eignen sich zum einfachen Verbinden und Abzweigen von

Versorgungsleitungen (ø 4 mm - 10 mm), indem sie ihnen eine Wasserdichtigkeit gewährleisten.

Sie sind in zwei Ausführungen erhältlich:

Wasserdichte Dose – zum Verbinden von drei Kabeln. Dadurch wird deren Abzweigung ermöglicht.

Wasserdichte Muff e – zum Verbinden von zwei Kabeln. Sie ermöglicht die Anfertigung von Anschlüssen,

z.B. zur Versorgung der Leuchten.

KLUŚ hermetic boxes are designed for easy connecting and branching of power cables (ø 4 mm - 10 mm),

giving the connections a waterproof rating. They come in two types:

Waterproof splitter – connects three cables to allow for their branching

Waterproof coupler – connects two cables. It allows for making power connections, e.g. supplying power

to light fi xtures.

Anwendung:

Instalacja przy pomocy puszek i muf hermetycznych oraz odpowiednich przewodów może być prowadzona w ziemi, trawniku, pod ciągami komunikacyjnymi itp. Wodoszczelność puszek i muf zapewnia odpowiednia ich konstrukcja. Według uznania można dodatkowo zabezpieczać połączenia przewodów przed wilgocią, wypełniając puszki lub mufy masą sylikonową, po zmontowaniu przewodów.

Eine Installation anhand hermetischer Dosen und Muff en, sowie entsprechender Leitungen kann im Boden, unter der Grünanlage, den Verkehrszügen, usw. durchgeführt werden. Die entsprechende Bauweise der Dosen und Muff en garantiert deren Wasserdichtigkeit. Je nach Bedarf können die Kabelverbindungen zusätzlich gegen Feuchtigkeit gesichert werden, indem die Dosen oder Muff en nach der Kabelmontage mit Silikonmasse befüllt werden.

Installation, using the waterproof splitters or couplers and suitable cables, can be performed in the ground, lawn, under the passageways, etc. Waterproofness of splitters and couplers is ensured by their special design. (PL) Wykonywanie połączeń i rozgałęzień przewodów w puszkach hermetycznych KLUŚ nie wymaga użycia specjalistycznych narzędzi.

Puszki i mufy hermetyczne przystosowane są do przewodów dwużyłowych, z izolacją o przekroju okrągłym o średnicach zewnętrznych od 4 mm do 10 mm.

Przy ich zastosowaniu można prowadzić przewody zasilające napięciem 12 i 24 V.

Light is such a common element in our life that we do not notice it until it disappears. Everyday we are exposed to all types of sources of light. LEDs have become

a relatively new source that has been added to the list.

Diodes have been introduced to the market since the expansion of modern electronic devices. LED became more and more popular and nowadays are con-

sidered to be an important source of light for other industries. LEDs function as a lighting or illumination source. They are very energy effi cient. For example we

off er diodes that use as little as 0.08 W for each lighting point. Therefore, purchase of LED pays for itself within a very short period of time. Other advantages are

their long lifespan and small dimensions.

LED’s features distinguish them from other sources of light. We were surprised that they were not used or implemented earlier in a wide range of other industrial

applications besides electronics. Commonly used old sources of light are equipped with light fi xtures. As a result they can be used in any desired areas. LEDs did

not have an easy and universal fi xture system that made it diffi cult to apply this source of lighting anywhere else but electronic devices.

KLUS Company team developed and manufactured since 2006 new LED light fi xture systems profi les. The new system will facilitate and popularize a number

of applications that require compact lighting solutions. LED profi les are designed to be mounted indoors and outdoors.

Indoor applications: interior design, architecture, furniture, scenography, advertisement, industrial design, exhibits (shop displays, museum exhibits) etc.

Outdoor applications: diff erent types of pavements, sidewalk surfaces, communication routes, bike lanes, driveways, parking lots, construction, landscape archi-

tecture ( gardens, road line marking, swimming pools, building facades) etc.

Licht ist für unser Leben so gewöhnlich, dass wir es nur realisieren, wenn es verschwindet. Wir sind jeden Tag verschiedenen Lichtquellen ausgesetzt. LED ist heute

eine derart neue Lichtquelle, dass wir es neu ins Sortiment / auf die Liste aufgenommen haben.

Dioden wurden im Markt eingeführt seit der Ausbreitung von modernen elektronischen Geräten. LED ist sogar populärer und wird seit kurzem als sehr wichtige

Lichtquelle für die gesamte Industrie angesehen. LED dient als Lichtquelle zur Beleuchtung. LED Licht benötigt wenig Energie. Zum Bespiel off erieren wir Dioden,

welche weniger als 0.08 W pro Leuchtmittel / Beleuchtungspunkt benötigt. Mit anderen Worten, LED Licht zahlt sich schon nach kurzer Zeit aus.

Weitere Vorteile von LED Licht sind die lange Lebensdauer und der geringe Platzbedarf der kleinen Leuchtmittel. Die Eigenschaften von LED unterscheiden

sich zudem von den anderen Lichtquellen. Wir waren überrascht, dass LED Licht bisher nicht populär war und sich nicht schon früher neben elektronischen auch

in industriellen Applikationen durchgesetzt hat. Die gängigen alten Lichtquellen sind mit Beleuchtungskörpern ausgestattet. Infolgedessen können sie vielseitig

eingesetzt werden. LED hingegen hatte bisher keine einfachen und universell einsetzbaren Beleuchtungskörper und –Systeme, was deren Einsatz nebst den

üblichen elektronischen Einrichtungen schwierig machte.

Das Team der KLUS Company entwickelte und produzierte seit 2006 neue LED Licht- Einrichtungssysteme. Diese neuen Systeme werden zunehmend po-

pulär und kommen vermehrt als Beleuchtungslösungen für Geschäftsgebäuden zum Einsatz. LED Leucht-Profi le sind so entwickelt worden, dass sie in Indoor

(Gebäuden) oder Outdoor (unter freiem Himmel) montiert werden können.

Indoor-Anwendungen/Applikationen: für Innenarchitektur-Beleuchtungslösungen, für akzentuierte- dekorative- oder Grundbeleuchtung, für Möbel-, Küchen- oder

Ladenbau, Gastronomie Bereich, Industrie-Design, Ausstellungen (Shop, Museum) etc.

Outdoor-Anwendungen/Applikationen: für Bürgersteige/Trottoirs, Seiten-/Hauszugänge, Kommunikationswege, Fahrradwege, Strassen, Parkplatzbeleuchtun-

gen, Landschafts-/Gartenbeleuchtungen, Swimmingpool, Gebäude-/ Fassaden- beleuchtung, etc.

Światło to zjawisko tak oczywiste w naszym otoczeniu, że zauważamy je dopiero wtedy gdy go nagle zabraknie. Na co dzień bezwiednie obcujemy z przeróżnymi

jego źródłami. Do już istniejących dołącza światło LED.

W naszym życiu te elementy oświetleniowe funkcjonują od momentu ekspansji na rynek nowoczesnych sprzętów elektronicznych. Teraz dynamicznie rośnie za-

interesowanie diodami, jako źródłem światła dla innych dziedzin. Światło LED bardzo dobrze nadaje się do podświetleń i oświetleń. LED charakteryzują się bardzo

małą energochłonnością. Posiadamy w ofercie diody, które pobierają tylko 0,08 W na punkt świetlny. Zatem zakup LED szybko się zwraca. Są bardzo żywotne.

Inną wielką ich zaletą są niewielkie gabaryty. Używane już powszechnie inne źródła światła sztucznego, są wyposażane w elementy lub systemy zwane oprawa-

mi oświetleniowymi. LED dotąd nie posiadały opraw będących wygodnym i uniwersalnym systemem, łączącym je z innymi elementami i technologiami z poza

dziedziny elektroniki. Oto znacząca przyczyna powodująca trudność w ich powszechnym stosowaniu.

W komórce projektowej fi rmy KLUŚ, w roku 2006, opracowano i wdrożono do produkcji system opraw - profi li, umożliwiający łatwe projektowanie i stosowanie

małogabarytowych źródeł światła led. To opracowanie z pewnością ułatwi i upowszechni możliwości realizacyjne wobec zapotrzebowania na małogabarytowe

źródła światła. Oprawy - profi le do źródeł światła typu LED, służą do mocowania tego typu oświetlenia w takich dziedzinach jak: meblarstwo, architektura wnętrz,

scenografi a, reklama, wzornictwo użytkowe, wystawiennictwo ( ekspozycje sklepowe, muzealne, targowe itp. ).

Oprawy - profi le oznaczone symbolem MDF, wykonane są z materiału MDF, z przeznaczeniem do zastosowań wewnętrznych. Nie mogą być poddawane perma-

nentnemu działaniu wilgoci. Idealnie nadają się do stosowania w meblarstwie, wystawiennictwie, scenografi i itp.

Oprawy - profi le oznaczone symbolem ALU, wykonane są z aluminium, z przeznaczeniem do stosowania również w warunkach zewnętrznych.
