Author analyzes the attempts of applying the most common scientific approaches to the transitions analysis (transitional studies, models of political power, and institutional approach). Among modern educational technologies which enable integration of Ukraine in outer educational space, there is the controlled from distance education. Present qualitative partial replication study attempted to answer the questions concerned with ESL immigrant teachers’ professional lives, transfer of their cultural views with the transition to the new country (Canada), shaping of their professional identity within the new environment. The paper presents the results of the interviews conducted with such teachers and their views onto their new lives. Their purpose under new conditions is to make a difference and invest their energy into the future of the country they work for, at the same time experiencing a sense of failure and a sense of being marginalized.

Mathematical algorithm of the process of sense-formation by means of Galois correspondence is divided for four steps.
