马来西亚外籍专业雇员服务中心（ESD）已发布新的外籍工作签证和专

业技术签证的申请功能及费用。这些更新将在 2019 年 6 月 1 日生效。

关键点:

新增服务：为公司提供在线准证转移和取消服务；在线支持聊天功能服

务，并增加可上传文件大小 (10MB 增至 20MB 每个附件)；在马来西

亚外劳服务中心（MYXpats）中心开设新的信息亭；新的在线网站功能

以改善“在线客户体验”。

增设其它服务中心：ESD 将在槟城和柔佛开设新的 MYXpats 服务中

心。ESD 将公布有关服务中心及开放日期的更多信息。

费用：申请人现可以直接通过 MYXpats 网站支付移民局费用。自 6 月 1

日起，新费用调整如下：

在线服务（新申请和续签）新费用

工作签证 1,060 马币

亲属签证和长期社交访问签证 530 马币

专业技术签证 1,060 马币

准证转移,取消在线申请免费*

*但是，将会收取移民局费用。ESD

尚未公布支付方式。公司需等待通知。

其它信息

自 2019 年 6 月 1 日起，MYXpats 中心对于被拒绝的申请，将退还

60%的申请费用，不含移民局服务费，该费用将不会退还。

德勤的观点

公司应将增加的费用计入成本，并在可能的情况下，考虑在新费率生效前

提交将受影响的申请。

Malaysia – MYXpats Centre sets new fee and service increase

The Malaysian Expatriate Services Division (ESD) has announced

new application features and fees for expatriate employment

permits and professional visit passes. The changes will be

effective 1 June 2019.

Key points:

New services: New online services for transfers of endorsement

and cancellation of passes; availability of online support chat

function for companies; an increase in upload file size (10MB to

20MB per attachment); new kiosk station facilities to open at

MYXpats centres; and new online portal features to improve the

experience of digital customers.

Additional centers to open: ESD will open new MYXpats

centres in Penang and Johor. More information about the centres

and the opening dates will be announced by ESD.

Fees: Applicants are now able to pay immigration fees directly on

the MYXpats portal. Below are the new fees, effective 1 June

2019:

Online services

(New and renewal of pass) New fees

Employment pass RM1,060

Dependent pass and long-term

social visit pass RM530

Professional visit pass RM1,060

Transfer of endorsement,

cancellation of passes

Online application charges is

free*

*However, immigration charges will apply. The

method of payment for the

immigration charges has yet

to be announced by ESD.

Companies are informed to

wait for the announcement.

Additional information

Effective June 1 2019, the MYXpats Centre will refund 60% of the

application fee for rejected applications, excluding the immigration service fee, which will not be refunded.

Deloitte’s view

Companies should factor the increase in fee into their budgets

and if possible, consider filing affected applications before the

rate hikes take effect.
