The Conditions of Contract comprise the"General Conditions", which form part of the"Conditions of Contract for Construction forBuilding & Engineering works designed bythe Employer" First Edition 1999 published

by the Fdration Internationale desIngnieurs-Conseils (FIDIC), and thefollowing "Particular Conditions", whichinclude amendments and additions to suchGeneral Conditions.

The Bills of Quantities as priced by theContractor is for the purposes ofidentification of pay items for interimpayments and for valuation of variations. TheBills of Quantities is not intended to be acomprehensive expression of the scope ofWorks. The Contractor shall be responsiblefor identifying all items which are included inhis scope of works and for any measurementof quantities required for his Tenderestimation and include for such in his Tenderhereby submitted.
