TATRA 77 Chassis / frame No. 23012 Actual owner: T. Hoferek, Tschechien This is one of the first TATRA 77 streamlined cars ever produced. The vehicle had a unique design and only 105 units were built between 1934 and 1936. The car, characterised by a drag coefficient of 0.36, was first presented to the public on a Carlsbad road in the former Czechoslovakia on 5 March 1934 and again at the Berlin Motor Show on 8 March 1934, where it deservedly became the sensation of the event. This very unit was delivered by TATRA WERKE A.G. to Dipl. Ing. Jozef Wait in Bratislava (Pressburg in German) in the former Czechoslovakia on 30 November 1934.
