Reactions 1222 - 4 Oct 2008 S Antineoplastics Bell’s palsy?: case report A 64-year-old woman started receiving rituximab plus cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and vincristine for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma [dosages not stated]. She went into remission after 8 chemotherapy courses, but developed peripheral facial nerve paralysis 66 days after therapy completion [duration of treatment not clearly stated].
