وتقديـــم أفضـــل الخدمات، من خلال الجمع بين عنصريين مهميـــن: تطوير تجربة العملاء،

وأخذ آراء الموظفين بعين الاعتبار.

بينمـــا تركز بعـــض الشـــركات فقط على عملائهـــا وتتجاهـــل آراء موظفيهـــا، نحرص في

بتروميـــن على تحقيق هدف الشـــركة من خلال الجمع بين هذين العنصرين الرئيســـيين

In this issue of “Rawabet”, we would like to spot light on the importance

of exceeding the customers’ expectations, through developing the

customer experience, and taking employees’ feedback in consideration.

Some companies only focus on their customers and ignore their

employees’ feedback. However, in Petromin we care about each individual

and believe that he/she will get us closer to attain the company’s goal.

Linking the two factors, can create a powerful feedback that helps us stay

ahead of changing customers’ expectations, and attain our goal.

“Rawabet” displays our different activities that we conducted during the last six months. We, the PR

department, don’t limit ourselves to only doing our public relations job, but we go behind by

strengthening the communications among Petromin’s departments, in order to track the

improvement, and then address our achievement to the public.

جري¯ على العادة الســـنوية في شـــركة بترومين للاحتفال بالموظفين المتميزين الذين حققوا نتائج ممتازة وقدموا أداء متميز� في العمل خلال

عـــام ٢٠١٥، نظمـــت الشـــركة حفل تكريمـــي للموظفين المتميزين خـــلال العام ٢٠١٥م مـــن مختلف إدارات الشـــركة بالمملكة، وذلك يـــوم ا�ول من

يناير ٢٠١٦ في المقر الرئيسي للشركة.

وخلال الحفل، قدم الرئيس التنفيذي ا�ستاذ سمير نوار عرض¯ موجز� Òنجازات كافة إدارات الشركة خلال عام ٢٠١٥م، وما حققه كل قطاع من جهود

متميزة انعكست على الناتج الاجمالي المشرّف �عمال الشركة. وأفصح عقب ذلك عن رؤية وشعار الشركة للعام ٢٠١٦، كما كشف عن قصة النجاح

التـــي تـــم اختيارها من إدارة الشـــركة بناء علـــى معايير معتمدة لاختيـــار "أفضل قصة نجاح" وفي نهايـــة الحفل، قام الرئيـــس التنفيذي بتكريم

الموظفين الذين حصلوا على تقدير ا�داء المتميز للعام الماضي من مختلف الادارات وتســـليمهم شـــهادات التقدير والمكافآت المالية، وكذلك

تم تكريم الموظف الذي اختير عمله "أفضل قصة نجاح" في الشركة.

Petromin held its annual ceremony to thank and honor the most significant employees from all departments around the kingdom who had achieved the excellent results and showed best performance in 2015. The ceremony was held at the company’s head-quarter in Jeddah on the 1st of January 1, 2016. At this special ceremony, Petromin’s CEO Mr. Samir Nawar, highlighted the company’s achievements of all the

departments during 2015 and the excellent performance from each department that led to the overall positive results in the company’s total revenue. He also revealed and introduced the theme for 2016 that was created according to the company values. At the end of the ceremony, Mr. Nawar honored the significant employees by handing their certificates and the financial awards in recognition of their efforts, which contributed to the elevation of Petromin and its leadership. He also announced the success story for 2015 that was selected based on special criteria, and honored the employee whose work was named as “best success story”.

The event was attended by Mr. Sameer Fakeeh, the Executive Vice President – Domestic Sales on behalf of Petromin and Mr. Ken Falker, Mighty Master’s CEO, in addition to a score of senior executives of both sides. The celebration aimed to highlight the achievements attained by the partnership over the past years, to discuss future developments and the objectives sought to be realized in local market in the near future.Commenting on the event Fakeeh said “Petromin is keen and designed to enhance its relations with business partners particularly that they are really committed to pay full efforts and dedication towards providing the services which characterize our excellence locally. إفتتحت بترومين نيســـان أول صالة عـــرض لهما بناء علـــى الشـــراكة الاســـتراتيجية الجديـــدة بيـــن شـــركة شـــركة المملكـــة فـــي الجديـــد وكيلهـــا و نيســـان بتروميـــن، ويشـــكّل هـــذا اÒفتتاح خطـــوة كبيرة في بخدمـــات اÒرتقـــاء علـــى الشـــركتين عمـــل ســـياق

المستهلك إلى أعلى المعايير.

Petromin Corporation opened its new headquarters in Maadi, Cairo as the company continues its ambitious growth plans in the country. Petromin revealed it will commit 250 million Egyptian pounds to expand its network of fuel stations, Petromin Express service centres and a cutting-edge lubricants blending plant creating 1000 new jobs in the country by 2020. Petromin’s new office was inaugurated by Mohammed Othman, the Secretary of Ministry of Petroleum in Egypt representing HE Eng. Tarek El-Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources; and HE Amr Al-Dabbagh, Chairman and CEO of Al-Dabbagh Group, Petromin’s parent company; and Samir Nawar, CEO of Petromin Corporation. The opening ceremony was hosted by Hesham Bekeat, Petromin Egypt General Manager with several distinguished guests in attendance including the leadership of Petromin’s key stakeholders in Egypt.The inauguration of Petromin’s new office marks a period of rapid growth for Petromin in Egypt. The company has added 18 new fuel stations to its network in the last 18 months (one per month) providing an additional 150 million liters of fuel. Petromin plans to expand its gas station network to include up to 100 stations by 2020 servicing over 1.5 million customers each year. In addition the company now has four Petromin Express service centres providing Egyptian customers fast and reliable servicing for their vehicles. Petromin will also look for strategic acquisitions in Egypt to support its growth plans.

Commenting on the new office Hesham Bekeat, Petromin Egypt General Manager said: “The inauguration of our new headquarters is a significant milestone on Petromin’s path to growth in Egypt. event which was organized by UBT

under the patronage of Jeddah

Governor, Prince Mishaal Bin Majed.

Petromin, announced the winners of the three Nissan Maxima cars from 98,000 customers whose names were entered into lucky draw for grand prizes during their visits to Petromin Express centers in Saudi Arabia for cars’ oil changing services, from the 18th until the 25th of March 2016. The grand prizes came along with Petromin Express’s campaign that offered "Free Oil Filter with each car’s oil changing service" and which qualified each client to

enter the draw on the three vehicles offered by Nissan-Petromin, the new national dealer for Nissan in Saudi Arabia. Petromin had allocated a grand prize for one winner from each of the Central, Western and Eastern Provinces.The lucky draw took place on the 10th of April at “Nissan-Petromin" showroom in Auto Mall Center in Jeddah, in the presence of Petromin’s CEO Eng. Samir Nawar, VP of HR and Marketing Eng. Sakhr Jamjoom, VP of Finance Mr. Ismail Mohammed, PR Manager Mr. Abdulelah Bagabas, and attended by Mr. Emad Omar Banaamah, Manager of Commercial Permits Department at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry.The winners according to their regions are: Mr. Bader Ali Huraibi - a Saudi citizen from the Central Province, Mr. Saleh Ibrahim Kateb - a Saudi citizen from the Western Province, while the winner in the Eastern Province is Mr. Kaman Shaterman - Nepalese nationality. Petromin Corporation announced that a delegation from the Supply Division of the Saudi Royal Land Forces attended a seminar at Petromin’s headquarters in Jeddah. The seminar covered topics such as the development of lubricants for military equipment and the latest storage methods and handling techniques.The delegation was led by Brigadier General Salim Al-Ameri, and Brigadier Nasser Al Saadi and included a number of high ranking officers and military personnel. أطلقـــت بترومين بالتعـــاون مع بوبـــا العربية برنامـــج " الصحة " للعام الثاني على التوالي في مايو 2016م.

وبهذه المناســـبة اوضح ا�ستاذ/ صخر جمجوم – نائب الرئيس للموارد البشـــرية أن بترومين تؤمّن بأن الحالـــة الصحية الجيدة لموظفينا هي من أولولويات اهتمامنا لتحســـين أدائهم في العمل لذا أسست بيئة

عمل صحية من خلال هذه الشراكة معبوبا العربية.وبدأت فعاليات البرنامج من خلال استبيان تم ارسالة لكافة الموظفين والـــذي يهدف الـــى معرفة معلومـــات صحية عن الموظـــف واحتياجاتة المتعلقـــة بصحتـــه. وعلى ضـــوء الاجابـــات المقدمة تم تحديد انســـب

برنامج صحي يتناسب مع احتياجات كل شخص.كمـــا تم تكوين فريـــق الصحة ليكون مســـؤولا عن تطويـــر وإدارة هذا البرنامج، باÒضافة إلى التخطيط للمسابقات المستمرة لحث وتشجيع

المشاركين في مثل هذه البرامج.

ويقدم برنامج الصحة العديد من الخدمات كالتالي:• الاستشارات الصحية للموظفين وعائلاتهم.

• محاضـــرات تثقيفيـــة صحية عـــن خطـــورة التدخين، والـــوزن الصحي، والضغط.

وانتهى برنامج الرعاية الصحية بنجاح من خلال ثلاثة نشاطات رئيسية:١ - ندوة بمناسبة اليوم العالمي لمكافحة التدخين 2016/5/31م

٢ - سباق المشي في رمضان 2016/6/27م ٣ - تحدي الدراجات 7/28 /2016٤ - دوري كرة القدم 2016/8/30

٥ - ندوة ادارة الضغوط في العمل 2016/9/21 ٦ - جلسة اليوقا 2016/9/26-25

Wellness Program at PETROMIN

On May, 2016 petromin were pleased to announce the “Wellness Program” in cooperation with Bupa Insurance Company, for the second time. Petromin’s firmly believes that our employees’ quality health plays an important role in the success of our company. Therefore we are laying the foundation for a healthier work environment through implementing this program. The wellness program started with health assessment test to include the employee in the right program, the purpose of this assessment is to obtain employees’ inputs, as the questions are designed to identify each person needs and interests. Accordingly, the answers were used to decide the best program that meets the person needs.The program includes major activities which will be offered such as:• Phone coaching & consulting to all employees and their families’ members above 18.• Competitions and awards.

• Wellness sessions (seminars) to address tobacco risks, healthy weight, and anti-stress.The wellness team was created to be responsible for developing and managing this program in addition to planning ongoing competitions to assist participants in their programs and to and maintain motivation In reference to the competitions and health activities the wellness team was able to conduct the below activities:1. Seminar that marks world no tobacco day; the seminar was about health risk and effects of smoking May 31, 20162. Ramadan walking day - June 27, 2016 3. Biking challenge activity - July 28, 2016 The wellness team is very pleased that our organization is embarking on this program towards wellness, so please join us in supporting this initiative with your active participation which is the key success of the program.
