ITA - LUCIDACOSTE AUTOMATICA ANASTRO PLURIMANDRINO PER COSTADIRITTA E TOROIDALELa lineaToro comprende una serie di macchine a ciclo continuo realizzate perla lavorazione di qualsiasi tipo di marmo, granito, pietra o materiale composito.La loro versatilità le rende particolarmente adatte per lavorare sia grandi chepiccole serie nei settori dell’edilizia, dell’arredo e della funeraria.La sagomatura dei profili tondi viene eseguita con mole universali, eliminandocompletamente l’uso di costose mole sagomate.La rinnovata gamma della Toro comprende una serie di macchine orizzontalimultimandrino dall’utilizzo facilitato grazie ad un sistema di gestionecomputerizzato, supportato da una meccanica di precisione. Rappresenta lasintesi dell’ineguagliabile ed universalmente apprezzata esperienza Gmm.

CARATTERISTICHE PRINCIPALIBasamentoIn robusta struttura elettrosaldata, lavorato interamente con macchine acontrollo numerico. Trattamento termico di normalizzazione pereliminare le tensioni dovute alla saldatura.Piano di scorrimento nastro rettificato e rivestito con lastra in acciaio antiusuraintercambiabile. Sabbiatura e trattamento con fondo zincante a freddo esuccessivo doppio passaggio con vernici epossidiche bicomponenti.

MandriniSono unificati: uguali su tutte le unità di lavoro.Montano un soffietto di sicurezzaper la protezione dello scorrimento ed hanno un doppio labirinto per la tenutaall’acqua ed all’umidità.

Calibratori, Gocciolatoi, Unità polifunzionaliPossono essere collocati all’ingresso ed all’uscita della macchina.Variamenteconfigurati, consentono lavorazioni con l’asse verticale, inclinato o orizzontale.Possono montare mole di levigatura, utensili in sagoma, unità di bocciardura,dischi per incisione o da taglio. Per agevolarne l’appropriato utilizzo, montanomotori a doppia velocità.

Barra oscillanteEsegue la formazione e la lucidatura del profilo prescelto,utilizzando utensiliuniversali.La barra, in robusta fusione d’alluminio, è posta in oscillazione tramite unsistema di doppio riduttore e leve ed è azionata da due motori brushless,sincronizzati elettronicamente, con velocità, accelerazione e decelerazionecontrollate da computer.I mandrini, comandati ciascuno da proprio motore idraulico, hanno velocitàprogressiva decrescente, a partire dalla prima mola universale diamantata

per la formatura del profilo (2200 giri/min) fino all’ultima lucidante (1000giri/min).Il sistema computerizzato consente di programmare unamicro oscillazione(“brandeggio”) sulla costa diritta o su profili piatti variamente inclinati.

ProgrammazioneUn touch screen da 8” consente di programmare la lavorazione in modosemplificato, intuitivo e molto rapido. Impostando profilo e spessore del pezzoin lavorazione, in automatico si posizionano le varie unità di lavoro, avendoeliminato lunghe e laboriose regolazioni manuali. In meno di un minuto lamacchina può passare da una lavorazione ad un’altra completamente diversa.E’ possibile programmare l’intervento delle singole unità per ottimizzarel’entrata sul pezzo o per eseguire lavorazioni parziali o non passanti.

Armadio ElettricoIn acciaio inox verniciato, è posizionato a bordo macchina.

ProtezioniLe carterature sono in robusta vetroresina nella parte frontale ed in acciaioinox sulle singole unità.Tutte le unità operative sono dotate di manometro eregolatore indipendente della pressione. Particolare cura è stata postaall’ergonomia della macchina per facilitare anche gli interventi di manutenzioneordinaria e di cambio utensili.

Calibrators, drip cut,multi-functional unitsCan be placed at the entry and exit of the machine.With various configurations, they allow to work with the axis in verticalposition, inclined and horizontal.On these units we can install levigating heads,profiling tools, bush hammering unit, discs for cutting. In order to work properly,they have double speed motors.

Oscillating barAllows to perform and polish the chosen profile using universal tools.The bar, made in strong aluminium casting, is made to oscillate by means of adouble reducer and lever moved by two brushless motors.The spindles which are governed by separate hydraulic motors have variousspeeds from 2200 rev/min to 1000 rev/min, starting from the universaldiamond tool up to the last polishing grain.The computerized system allows programming a micro-oscillation(“swing”) on straight edges or on flat inclined profiles.

ProgrammingWith its 8” touch screen it is possible to do all the works necessary in a verysimple and quick manner.By setting the profile and the thickness the machine positions all the headsautomatically eliminating huge time wasting procedures, previously donemanually. In less than a minute the machine can be changed from one work toanother.It is possible to program each single head to optimize the entry on the pieceto be worked or to execute partial work on bull-nose or flat profiles.

ProtectionsThe covers are all in heavy duty fiberglass on the front side of the machines andin stainless steel on all single units. All the spindles have pressure gauge andseperate pressure regulation and can be excluded or work in semi or fullyautomatic mode.Particular attention has been paid to the shape of the machinein order for it to be easy for normal maintenance work and change of tooling.
