Ryszard Tyszkiewicz live and works in Jelenia Góra. Apprentice of Jerzy Duda-Gracz during 1980-81. His works were showed on many expositions in Poland and abroad. Tyszkiewicz is example of artist who makes for a living from his passion and talent. Pictures of Ryszard Tyszkiewicz, as Anna Trojanowska writes is “A world of stylish, carefully composed buquets, small town markets, slowly maundering chaices and strollers on broad streets. This style introduces exquisite class into the living room or bedchamber. It make the interiors more prestigious, ennobles it. Those pictures are specific for decided people, people searching for expression of their fascination over beauty in a poetic form. Interiors with carefully selected pictures cannot be unnoticed. Quietness and peace of this compositions help us to forget about gridlocks, pollution and soulless commercial billboards. They ease emotions and everyday tensions. Purifying like rain falling down on paved XIX century street”. People who encountered paintings of Ryszard Tyszkiewicz are often coming back to nostalgic XIX century, filled with magic of halted time, pictures of towns, harmonic landscapes, flower compositions and works created as a result of observation of the inside and psychological analysis of the author called “Obrazy duszy” (“Pictures of the Soul”).
