• 80yo male• h/o EVAS two years before, • Type Ia endoleak, migration of Nellix device, aneurysm sac enlargment

• Left axillary and bilateral femoral surgicalaccess

• through-and through wire (Terumo)

12F/45cm sheath from axillary artery

• 7F/90cm sheath into 12F

predilatation of right Nellix - Armada 12x60

• Introduction of Colt system (24F)through the right Nellix

• Positioning of the Colt deviceC-arm lateral view

Nellix explantation and NINA (Nellix in Nellix application), are

not feasible.
