WUNDER-TEAM

We take a varied approach to design, that links archi-tecture, art, fashion and design. Projects we have been creating since 2008 are the fruit of this experiment

Our greatest inspiration comes from those areas, as well as from the observation of everyday life, peoples behavior in the space they live in

We are fascinated by the changes in society and how they affect the use of space and the way people customize it

In our projects we often redefine the primary purpose of objects (for example, the boxes used for artwork transport become intimate spaces for sitting - ms caf; moreover, the structure in the central part of the caf is a multifunctional piece of furniture which can be something different for each person: a stage, a large sofa or a space for children the caf in MS2)

Our intention, when creating a concept, is for the decor to prompt certain situations, provoke peoples behavior. We write a script. We do our best so that the user can interact with the interior, have a personal influence on it. Therefore, very often a part of the designed furniture is mobile, which encour-ages adaptation of the arrangement to meet the users needs

We always make an effort to decrease limitations, since we find it crucial to make people feel at ease in these spaces.In the case of exhibitions we aim at familiarizing the showpieces, which are usually associated with something inaccessible

(The example shows the exhibition Themersons and vanguard creating peaceful enclaves; the area is divided, which makes it easier to focus on the objects; desks with lamps facilitate the lecture of the publication.

Moreover, outside of Wunderteam we realize our great-est passions. Paulina designs clothes. Magda and Micha run a company which deals mainly with architecture Wunderteam.pl
