    Introducere

    Softul SINTRA descris in acest manual ruleaza pe un computer cu Windows(NTor2000).Computerul trebuie sa fie conectat cu un cablu serial la NC(NumericControl)controland masinade furniruit.

    Scopul si limitele acestui

    Acest manual descrie procedurile pe care trebuie sa le urmezi pentru a compila programele deprelucrare SINTRA. Este scris pentru operatorii de masini de furniruit controlate de softul SINTRA.Pentru a te asigura ca ai inteles masina de furniruit si ca o poti folosi in siguranta, citeste Manualul de Utilizare al utilajului si toateanexele si toate atasamentele inainte de citirea acestui manual.

    Documentele furnizate cu utilajul

    Manualul de utilizare al utilajului:Contine informatii esentiale pe care trebuie sa le sti inainte de a incerca

    Sa operati utilajul.De asemenea sunt asigurate instructiunile pentru ingrijirea corecta a utilajului.

    Catalogul de piese de schimb:Folosit pentru a organiza piesele de schimb, urmarind instructiunile oferite in introducereapentru catalog.

    Diagramele de circuit:Descrie circuitele utilajului(electrice, aer comprimat, etc.).

    Proiectat pentru rezolvarea problemelorde inginerii calificati si autorizati de serviciu.

    Atasamente: Contine informatii despre partile speciale ale utilajului, daca este cazul.

    Atasamentele trebuie citite ca o parte integrala a documentului cu care sunt asociate, pentrua asigura ca informformatia importanta sa nu fie pierduta.

    1.1 Arhitectura softului

    Arhitectura softului este structura care permite partile componentelor (module)unui program sainteractioneze. SINTRAcomunica cuPLC-ulunitatilor NumericCon trol(NC) prin modulele decomunicatie MODCOM. SINTRAcomunica cu MODCOMprin functia socket aWindows-ului.MODCOMcomunica cu portul serial via NC(RS232).

    1.2 Instalarea SINTRA

    Softul SINTRA vine in mod normal preinstalat pe computer.

    Daca este necesar sa instalezi sau sa reinstalezi SINTRA,procedeaza ca inurmatoarele:

    Inchide toate aplicatiile deschise.

    Daca SINTRA a fost instalat inainte, dezinstaleaza versiunea existenta folosind WindowsControl

    Panel,Add/RemovePrograms.

    Introdu CD-ul SINTRA in unitatea optica a computerului.

    Vor aparea urmatoarele ferestre;

    Cand instalerul termina de incarcat,instalarea actuala incepe, si urmatoarea fereastraapare;

    La o instalare completa, urmatoarea fereastra va aparea;

    Daca o fereastra apare si va intreaba daca doriti sa restratati computerul acum sau mai tarziu,selectati re-boot now.

    Procedura de instalare creaza icoanele Communication Module si User Interface pe Desktop.Pentru a porni programul, vedetiPornirea SINTRAde mai jos.

    1.3 Pornirea SINTRA

    O data ce ati instalat fostul, nu trebuie decat sa il porniti. Modulele de Comunicare SINTRA

    (MODCOM si Interfata de Utilizare(UI)pornesc automat cand computerul este pornit.

    Daca este nevoie sa iesiti si sa reporniti MODCOMsau UI-ul lui SINTRAprocedati astfel:

    Dublu clic pe icoanaMODCOMde pe desktop[A].

    Dublu clic pe icoanaUIiconde asemenea prezenta pe desktop[B].

    Cu sistemele de operareWindowsNTsi2000, softul SINTRAeste instalat in dosarul prezentat in figura demai josNU stergeti, modificati, mutati, redenumiti, sau altfel alterati orice dosare sau fisierele continute in

    ele.

    Ierarhia dosarelor:

    Urmatorul tabel specifica principalele drivere folosite in mod normal de SINTRA.Aplicatia este,cutoate acestea, capabila sa recunoasca si sa acceseze orice driver instalat pe computer.

    Drivere sunt accesate prin boxa dialog standard al Windows-ului.Acestea sunt descrise acolounde este cazul in cursul acestui manual.

    Interfata de Utilizare combina toate partile lui SINTRAcare iti permite sa comunici cumasina de furniruit.

    Interfata Hardware: Dispozitivele fizice ale computerului ruleaza softul.

    Software: programul si utilitatile care iti permit sa programeziNC-ul utilajului.

    Utilajul comunica cu tine prin afisarea datelor si altor informatii.Tu comunici cu utilajul printastarea comenzilor si datelor.

    2.1 SINTRAmediile de soft

    Aceasta sectiune furnizeaza o privire de ansamblu asupra mediilor variate in SINTRA sicapabilitatilor acestui soft.

    O data ceSINTRAruleaza, este responsabil pentru tot ce este afisat pe monitor. SINTRAestedivizat intr-un numar de arii functionale de bazacunoscut ca medii. Un mediu este un set de 1

    sau mai multe ecrane care iti permit sa afisezi, editezi sau sa administrezi acea data care esterelevanta functiei acelui mediu. Fiecare ecran efectueaza functii specifice acelui mediu caruia iiapartine.

    Mai jos este o lista cu toate mediile in SINTRA.

    MODUL DE LUCRU MANUAL. Mediul furnizeaza toate ecranele de care ai nevoie pentru a crea sirula programele de prelucrare.El include urmatoarele ecrane:

    MODUL DE LUCRU AUTOMAT. Acest mediu furnizeaza toate ecranele de care ai nevoie pentru acrea si rula programe de prelucrare.Acesta include urmatoarele ecrane:

    Canturi. Thisisaonescreenenvironment inwhichyoucanset feedertype,

    STATISTICA. Este un singur ecran in care poti sa setezi tipul de alimentare, administra arhiva decanturi si setarea suportilor bobine:

    Doar un ecran SINTRA va fi afisat la un moment dat. Ecranele sunt aranjate in urmatoarele 6

    zone.Fiecare zona contine un numar de elemente, care efectueaza functii specifice sau dau

    informatii specifice.

    Bara de meniu furnizeaza un numar de meniuri derulante, continand toate functiile pe careSINTRA le poate efectua.Multe dintre aceste functii sunt de asemenea accesibile din Bara de

    Unelte si Bara de Comanda a Ecranului. Functiile meniurilorEnvironments(moduri) siCommandspot fi de asemenea accesate prin scurtaturi ale tastaturii(Funct ion keysSH I FT+Funct ion keys s i

    CTRL+ALT+Minus. O bara de meniu este gasita pe orice ecran SINTRA.
