所有参会人员需进行网上注册，并在现场领取胸卡后方可入场。通过网站 www.phdchina.org或微信公众号“博士生交流会”成功注册的人员，请凭参会提示短信、打印或手机截屏《在线注册确认函》，现场换领胸卡。学生请在“学生报到处”，老师请在“服务处”换领胸卡。未提前在线注册的同学，请通过微信公众号“博士生交流会”进行现场注册，凭收到的注册号换领胸卡入场。已经与国外院校老师约好见面时间的同学/老师，请按照约定时间进行会谈。未与国外院校老师约好见面时间的同学/老师，请不要打断院校老师与约见同学/老师的交谈；请安静等候，在院校老师空闲时与其交流、面谈。交流会现场，同期举办“博士生项目讲座”，请留意“讲座日程表”，安排好时间参加。组委会提醒所有参会人士务必看管好个人财物和资料，任何遗失，组委会恕不负责。所有参会人士请保持会场秩序，排队安静等待，请勿大声交流讨论。
