The highline ventures inside the building and guarantees an entry to the restaurant as well as the lobby.

The Highline becomes part of the program, as the building forms a tunnel on top of it. When passing by, people will get the chance to see the movement of the cars as if they were inside the actual building.

A racquet ball court that swims amongst cars. Players experi-ence the movement of cars around them whilst playing.
