Zalecamy przybycie do Jantar Wellness bez biżuterii oraz przedmiotów wartościowych. W innym przypadku zostaną Państwo poproszeni o zdjęcie biżuterii przed zabiegiem. Wellness nie odpowiada za przedmioty wartościowe pozostawione w gabinecie lub szatni.

Jantar Wellness to strefa ciszy – w trosce o Państwa relaks prosimy zatem o nie przynoszenie telefonów komórkowych na zabieg lub ich wyłączenie przed zabiegiem.

ANULACJACANCELLATION / ABSAGE

Rozumiemy, że plany mogą ulec zmianie, dlatego też istnieje możliwość anulacji zabiegu na 12 godzin przed planowanym zabiegiem bez ponoszenia kosztów. W przypadku anulowania zabiegu na 4 godziny przed wizytą zastrzegamy sobie prawo do obciążenia Państwa 40% wartości zabiegu. Jeżeli anulacja nastąpi w czasie krótszym niż 4 godziny przed rozpoczęciem zabiegu zastrzegamy sobie prawo do obciążenia Państwa 70% wartości zabiegu. W przypadku nieodwołania zabiegu Jantar Wellness zastrzega sobie prawo do obciążenia 70% wartości zabiegu i doliczenia wartości do rachunku hotelowego.

We understand that plans can change, so there is a possibility of cancellation your treatment up to 12 hours before the planned treatment without any costs.
